- Delay in opening the app since the update

- Low limit for deposits through the app, which can be inconvenient for customers who live far from a branch

- Non-customers are charged a fee for accepting checks from United Community Bank

My account isnt showing up online i cant check my balance at all.

To resolve United Community network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the United Community App
1. On android, goto Settings » United Community » click [Force Stop]

Clear United Community App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » United Community » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart United Community.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click United Community » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto United Community » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
