How to fix ARYA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ARYA app on iPhone
Update ARYA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARYA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ARYA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARYA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ARYA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ARYA app issues:

Force Stop the ARYA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ARYA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ARYA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARYA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ARYA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ARYA.

Fix ARYA unable to contact server/ ARYA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ARYA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ARYA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ARYA on android.
