Summary of Astrospheric Problems 🔥

- App opens with a location that is automatically selected near your current location, but it is off enough that you need to change it to your location by using a map or the forecasts might not be accurate.

- Does not remember your location when you start the app again and you must again manually select the correct location from a map.

- Must provide email address to set the home location and enable the “favorites” to be available.

- Sometimes it misses a forecast.

I tried to open the Astrospheric app on my iPhone X but all I see is the spinning “loading” icon. Same when I go to the Astrospheric web site. How can I fix this?

How to fix Astrospheric app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Astrospheric app on iPhone
Update Astrospheric app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Astrospheric iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Astrospheric on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Astrospheric network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Astrospheric Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Astrospheric not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Astrospheric App
1. On android, goto Settings » Astrospheric » click [Force Stop]

Update Astrospheric to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Astrospheric App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Astrospheric » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Astrospheric.

Fix Astrospheric unable to contact server/ Astrospheric internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Astrospheric » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Astrospheric » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Astrospheric
