When i try downloading i get server replied with not allowed ( is your system clock wrong?) I work with a ipad pro.

I am running possible routing solutions. I am using various weather models. NAM ECMWF HRR etc. I keep getting a notice in RED that there is newer weather data available in the NAM file. But I am trying to solve with a different model to compare. What do I do?

How to fix LuckGrib app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LuckGrib app on iPhone
Update LuckGrib app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LuckGrib iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LuckGrib on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LuckGrib network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LuckGrib Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LuckGrib not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LuckGrib App
1. On android, goto Settings » LuckGrib » click [Force Stop]

Update LuckGrib to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LuckGrib App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LuckGrib » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LuckGrib.

Fix LuckGrib unable to contact server/ LuckGrib internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LuckGrib » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LuckGrib » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LuckGrib
