I’ve uploaded all my relevant identification documents multiple times - drivers license, resident card - and bitFlyer continues to deny me access to buy/sell without any explanation as to why. My address and all my personal information match my IDs, so no reason to reject. Furthermore, I’ve been asked to withdraw all my funds as account will be closed, however, I’m still being assessed a transaction fee (should be waived in my opinion). The fee makes it impossible to withdraw as it’s below the limit. If I’m being forced to withdraw out my balance, however small it is, I should be allowed to withdraw without restrictions. The platform and app are not user/gaijin friendly and the support/customer service is of the poorest quality I’ve ever experienced in Japan. They can keep the measly ¥4000. I will make sure to tell anyone who ask to avoid BitFlyer at all cost. There are plenty of better services out there.

Mechanically malfunctioning the site since February 14 and have never corrected no matter how many times I’d request fir the correction. I must complain this issue to somewhere legally. I know this company has expanding to many other countries and I must notify them as much as possibly. Saddly I was ignored with any reason.
