Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever AirQ app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix AirQ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirQ app on iPhone
Update AirQ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirQ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirQ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirQ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix AirQ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AirQ app issues:

Force Stop the AirQ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AirQ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AirQ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirQ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AirQ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AirQ.

Fix AirQ unable to contact server/ AirQ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AirQ » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AirQ » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirQ on android.
