App works but service is non existent, so essentially it’s useless. Waited 50 min for an ART bus that was supposed to come every 20 min. No updates, no notifications. And you have to pre pay with no refund. We could have walked and gotten there way faster and with far less angst. I would recommend finding an alternative transportation method. Uber, Lyft, walking…
Unbelievable, received SPAM text message!

The company, Token Transit, sent me a text message to fill out a garbage surgery for the app, so here you go. It is against all texting rules from any US based company to text anyone prior to them opting in to receive text messages. I never opted in. In addition, their text didn’t have any of the required steps to unsubscribe from future text messages. The account they use to send unsolicited SPAM texts should be canceled immediately.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt which could leave you stranded somewhere if you dont have cash in hand to pay for the trip. Needed a single pass, i kept purchasing and it kept telling me it cant connect to server. After it finally connected to the server, i had 3 passes purchased on my stored passes when i only needed one.
