You should be warned that this company is the worst. For a company of this size, its surprising how outdated their payment systems are and how bad their customer service.
When checking out, your options are so limited. You can’t pay partially with a gift card and the rest credit card. You can’t add money to gift card and since your order is rarely the exact gift card amount you lose credit. You also cannot combine gift cards.
But the worst is that I returned a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks I hadn’t received a credit even though the return was accepted. I then had to fight them for over a week, calling like 6 times. Always the same response from the agents. Not possible to speak to manager and they never call back despite multiple requests. Only after I said I was calling the police because they essentially stole my money did I get my credit. (After one month!!!) don’t deal with this company if you want to avoid a massive headache.

i ordered something from sun and sand and 2 days later when i recieved the item i used it and the material is very bad and it made a small hole in the clothing and i contacted customer service and her name was layan and when i told her the issue she told me that i will receive and email from them after 5 business days and i knew what they were going to say, layan told me that they cant exchange a damaged item but i told her 10 times that it is not my fault that the material is bad and she kept on saying that i will get an email after 5 business days even though i knew that they were going to say that they cant do anything about it and i kept telling layan from customer service and she kept telling me the samer thing over and over and over several times and now they didnt do anything about it and wasted 1 hour of my time talking to layan in customer service and they didnt even do anything about it. worst customer service ive ever had in my life and i will never order from here again, i advice you never order from here because the customer service will not do anything about it

Worst experience ever, this happens twice and i think its a cheap way to market the app by putting 50 % sale then apologizing.
