You should be warned that this company is the worst. For a company of this size, its surprising how outdated their payment systems are and how bad their customer service.

When checking out, your options are so limited. You can’t pay partially with a gift card and the rest credit card. You can’t add money to gift card and since your order is rarely the exact gift card amount you lose credit. You also cannot combine gift cards.

But the worst is that I returned a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks I hadn’t received a credit even though the return was accepted. I then had to fight them for over a week, calling like 6 times. Always the same response from the agents. Not possible to speak to manager and they never call back despite multiple requests. Only after I said I was calling the police because they essentially stole my money did I get my credit. (After one month!!!) don’t deal with this company if you want to avoid a massive headache.

No transparency. Hidden penalties. Return policy very complicated and lengthy. What they practice is different than what they advertise. Be careful. Bought a few items sie was wrong and there is no way you can get to use the credit they give. They take too long to reply. Other sites have much higher standards and better technology and more customer friendly. These people are arrogant and they think they are a monopoly.

No need to mention that the delivery took much longer than promised after so many calls chasing them, but the surprise is a return order placed and approved for about 3 weeks now and no one came to take the return package even with 10s of complaints! The worst shopping experience i ever had in Dubai that will never happen again!

Its been more than 3 weeks and i cannot exchange any thing from items that i receive because its not updated in their system .. although I receive shoe with factory damage. And the customer service always promising me that it will be updated within 24 hour. 👎👎👎

Delivery to kuwait is so slow and one of my items got cancelled and money was refunded. However, the issue here that I may find a replacement item and I have to pay for shipping twice now because of this. You should inform your customer before proceeding and ship partial shipment. Last time dealing with SSS app.

i ordered something from sun and sand and 2 days later when i recieved the item i used it and the material is very bad and it made a small hole in the clothing and i contacted customer service and her name was layan and when i told her the issue she told me that i will receive and email from them after 5 business days and i knew what they were going to say, layan told me that they cant exchange a damaged item but i told her 10 times that it is not my fault that the material is bad and she kept on saying that i will get an email after 5 business days even though i knew that they were going to say that they cant do anything about it and i kept telling layan from customer service and she kept telling me the samer thing over and over and over several times and now they didnt do anything about it and wasted 1 hour of my time talking to layan in customer service and they didnt even do anything about it. worst customer service ive ever had in my life and i will never order from here again, i advice you never order from here because the customer service will not do anything about it

I ordered from the store but unfortunately the received order is different from the product’s description and picture in the website and they don’t allow to return the order. I will never order from them again..

Unfortunately the company is not reliable. You will buy for SAR1000 you will get a stuff worth SAR200 and the others are missing, you will contact the Customer Care all in vain for more than three months to get your money back but that will never happen.

Will never use their online platforms and I have already advised my community to do the same

Items that seem available on the site are not actually available. I get a refund, sure, but if I have to order a replacement item then I have to pay for the extra delivery fee and also I am not reliable for discounts that I can only get on big orders.

If you are an e-commerce store, isn’t it your basic responsibility to keep an updated inventory on your site or app?

Customer care is a tough experience and the agents who support are not authorized to do much to help.

This happened to me both times I have placed an orders in this site. I wouldn’t recommend at all. There are great competitors to this store like the Nike Saudi Arabia store itself.

They add stock that doesn't exist on their platform, I bought two items in the last month to realize one week later that the order was cancelled from their end with no communication. Also, good luck reaching their 24 7 customer service that doesn't exist! Horrible experience, I have to start chasing my money over emails now. This the Noon of retail, I made a mistake trying this instead of Namshi.

I put like 20 items in the cart to buy and now nothing is coming!

I order items from this Company sad to say after a couple of hours one of my items rejected because of availability.,Why they posted though it wasnt available..I will not order again.

App is fast smooth but the search is not functioning properly. Most of the items that i see on facebook ad if i type on search is not showing, some product are available in store but not available online, specifically sizes and colors

The interface is not smooth
Scrolling down lags and doesn’t fetch the rest of the data quickly and sometimes it brings me back to the beginning of the list

Functionality is Ok but it takes too much time to load the items and takes ages to go from one screen to another

SunSandSports is too slow

I was offered 10% voucher through e-mail on my first order, but I wasn’t able to use it. When I contacted customer care they said it’s only on non-discounted items nothing that the voucher doesn’t say anything about this term.
