Close and restart the DLAN app on iPhone
Update DLAN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DLAN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DLAN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DLAN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix DLAN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DLAN app issues:

Force Stop the DLAN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DLAN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DLAN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DLAN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DLAN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DLAN.

Fix DLAN unable to contact server/ DLAN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DLAN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DLAN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DLAN on android.
