“Oh Crumbs, an error has occurred please try again”. If I had a nickel for every time I got that message with ezCater. I’ve reported that not only does ezCater NEVER WORK on my phone, it also Never works on my iPad, AND I can’t access the website via the internet. The response? It seems to only happen to me. I find that unbelievable. I’ve been able to place literally a few orders over the years because it it so glitchy and unreliable. Those reward points that sound so great...? Well, mine expired because I couldn’t place orders to get to a threshold to earn enough to cash out! And I’m ordering, just not through this app because IT NEVER WORKS! I am 20+ years in Medical sales. I spend a lot and I can’t ever get this service to work. On a side note, a teammate used them for a joint call we did-caterer never showed to a nursing staff meeting of 30 people. They didn’t get dinner because of EZC. I try it again every few months to see if it’s improved, but alas, I should just give up!
