I made some payments over the internet with them. At some moment in time i wanted to make an account with them to track payments. Simple safari settings are not giving you access to their site. You need to disable all your security settings on your Mac to be able to access their site. Otherwise you fail bc of their security settings. If you meet their security standards..- this means no security for your self. With other words their security is your insecurity. You will be constantly logged out or you can’t progress in the verification process. They have my half data now and i can not even delete my account. There is a a need help button. You talk to AI. After you enter all your data they say log in and make a ticket, but you can’t log in to make a ticket. The dog which hunts its tail. If you are disabling your security features that you pay a lot of money for, to use their service, so they can install trackers and whatever they need of you its probably a nice service. For me it was one of the most aggressive experiences ever to become a member.. i dont trust them..

I uploaded my current 2020 tax return to verify my name and address to get my account up and running. About an hour later I received an email stating it was rejected because the proper information was not included. Before I uploaded the document I removed my Social Security number and other Social Security numbers including other important information they did not ask for or needed. Why????

Coin payments is shutting down in the US. You would the they would wave transfer to help facilitate wallet transfers.... No, they didn't! It is like they are getting away with stealing people’s money with their high exchange rates.
Trying contact support is a feedback loop that gets you nowhere!
This is just criminal
