How to fix HockeyTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HockeyTV app on iPhone
Update HockeyTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HockeyTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HockeyTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HockeyTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HockeyTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HockeyTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HockeyTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » HockeyTV » click [Force Stop]

Update HockeyTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HockeyTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HockeyTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HockeyTV.

Fix HockeyTV unable to contact server/ HockeyTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HockeyTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HockeyTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HockeyTV
