I love their sandwiches but this app is terrible. There are 950+ sandwiches in their system but they expect us to pick from the 12 or so highlighted sandwiches or use the “name your sandwich” function. And if you use the “name your sandwich” you either need to know the specific name or just list ingredients and hope for the best. Oh and they charge you extra for the “name your sandwich” function because it’s a “custom” sandwich.
Fixing this wouldn’t be hard - either build a searchable list (which I’m sure they already have because who’s going to remember almost 1000 different sandwich variants) or create a search system where you can pick a few options and then the system populates from their database.
I really do love your guys’ sandwiches but I keep ordering the same 5 sandwiches because there’s no way to find something new…

For some reason the app only has 9 options to choose from for meat sandwhiches and another 9 for veggie. None of the 6 or 7 different sandwhiches I normally order are on here so no point in me using it. I gave it a try, however, and similar to another review I read where they said they didn’t start making the order until they asked if the order was ready, seemed to be my experience as well. They weren’t very busy and I showed up 10+ minutes after my pickup time and they seemed surprised to hear the name of the order and then said it’d be ready in 5-8 minutes which is how long it would take to make the sandwhiches I ordered. My suggestion, skip the app and call in the order.

There is clearly a disconnect between the app and the store you order from. The app times are not correct and the app does not provide accurate updates on the status of your order. I’ve used the app twice now from 2 different locations and both times it took way longer than going into the store and my order was incorrect.
The first time I ordered I arrived at the store at the pickup time and found out the store never processed my order which meant they hadn’t even started making it yet. I had already waited an hour from the time I placed the order and had to wait another 25 minutes for them to make my order while I waited at the store.
I tried the app again at another location and I only received half my order. The app clearly showed I ordered 5 sandwiches and I only got 3. I had to wait an additional hour at the store while they made me 2 more sandwiches.
If you are trying to save time, definitely don’t use this app
