The most waste-of-time shopping app out there! All of the company’s stores’ apps are the same! I’ve tried the centrepoint, as well as the baby shop app, only to have different issues with both! I’d been trying to place an order for days but it wasn’t allowing me to get to the checkout page. I e-mailed customer service; no response. I called several times and talked to someone each time only to be told to e-mail them because it’s a “technical” issue and they can’t do anything about it! I missed out on several promotional periods because of their lack of support and “technical difficulties” with these apps. Also, the prices in the app show them on sale but once you add them to your cart the price goes back to the original... i had another issue with my total going UP for using my VISA even though i should’ve SAVED 10%! Save yourself the headache and don’t even bother with these stores.

Failed to process paying by cr card 3 times. This App is really a total waste of time & v frustrating. After first payment trial, it says Appcode voucher is no longer valid. Also the shukran amount does not show up anymore! Did it use up my shukran also? when using cr card, the payment didn’t go through after entering OTP, it gives some HTTP error & now it says remove voucher, it expired!!! Kept on trying to pay 3 times, says HTTP & cookie error after entering OTP!! Hopefully I’m not charged multiple times now!!!

Useless app and a complete waste of time, can’t even log in with my account the catting bot service is beyond imagination it first asks you if it was able to resolve the issue, then all you get is sorry we were unable to resolve your issue 🤣... Other than that can’t even login to my account... total waste of time.
