This password reset function does not work. I reset my password because I forgot it so I had it send me a new password. I typed it in and it says something went wrong. Thinking it was just a glitch I redo the process and get the same error again. The password I’m typing in isn’t incorrect because when it’s typed in wrong it says wrong password and the error Im getting is that the something went wrong. F this app bye

My wife and I have been trying for 2 weeks. First it was an error of failed to sign up. Then we finally got a barcode to scan and now it says can’t initialize camera. And all we have been giving us the runaround: “go to your local gym”. I go to my local gym: “delete the app and try again...try it at home” we double checked all our membership number and address and email. Doesn’t work and no solution.

Fighting with Fit Republic. I cannot urge you loud enough to avoid this bottom feeding club. We cancelled our account last April and they’re still charging us. First their Customer No Service told us we would be reported to the credit bureaus for no payment. The woman at the Natomas club named Cheyenne was 100% disrespectful. I payed all back fees and now they are calling us again 7 months later. Do Not join Fit Republic.
