I’ve been using this for a while now before it was released as I was a tester. I love it!!! Saves you so much time because it will automatically upload to Invisalign Doctor Site while it creates the new patient. Someone else mentioned it not being uploaded but this has never happened to me and I’ve done many cases so far. Staff also loves it!

Usually InvisalignPhotoUploader is great and extremely convenient. But sometimes there are odd glitches. I just took “final” photos—then it asks which treatment stage? Huh? I don’t know—there final photos. There’s no particular “stage”. But, whatever, I choose “stage 3.” Well, then it won’t let me actually select stage 3 (or any stage) and move on. It’s frozen, except that I can still move the selector dual for choosing which stage. So now I’m stuck. The photos won’t upload. Maybe the work around is not to call them final photos? It’s annoying.

It would be great if there was a way to take Post-Treatment photos and save them within their file.

If you try holding the phone in one hand and turn the screen from vertical to horizontal mode, the screen keeps rotating! Is there any way we can “lock” the screen so it stays in the same orientation??

I like the idea of being able to upload photos directly through app but camera lacks features needed for quality images.

Improvements needed:
- Tap to focus where you want it to focus instead of only auto. Often time with the mirrors it won’t auto focus correctly.
- Option for continuous light instead of flash for better lighting.
- Option to add photos from photo album to upload via app.

InvisalignPhotoUploader is easy to use and simplify photo capture.

Freezes regularly. Won’t load sometimes even after multiple attempts. Regular issues with uploading and photos never making it to IDS.

Last version 5.4.0 doesn’t allow to select the picture that I want to take ... obligate to start with extra-oral takes

Tips:
Best to add patient name to website and not through app, then the name shows up in app to take pictures.
Bought a clip-on selfie light on Amazon and use this for additional lighting.

Pros:
Easy upload, shows up right away on website.
Good image quality with added lighting.

Cons:
Doesn’t allow you to zoom (app should use the 2x optical zoom automatically).
Doesn’t let you import pictures taken through the iPhone’s camera app.

I have used InvisalignPhotoUploader several times for taking pictures and sending them with the prescription and most of the time the pictures were never received by Invisalign and they needed the be retaken and sent by email. Don't bother using InvisalignPhotoUploader.

Please let us do BASIC editing - adjust brightness, crop, rotate, sharpen, etc, before submitting them.

Photos won’t upload

Recent update does not allow my username and password to log in (no changes made recently) Downloaded and functioning on android phone, problems with IOS. Please advise, this is very frustrating
