My salon address is not found

Very disappointed that a friend recommended Colavosalon and it will not allow me to create a profile it’s says check number must be mobile phone and it is a mobile number ... this need to be fixed ASAP

I schedule appts at various times such as 1:00pm, 1:15pm, 1:30 and 1:45. I am only able to select appt times on the hour(1:00) and half hour(1:30). Why is that when I have 45 min appt times as well! Can someone help me to change this? If I can’t I will have to try another app. Thanks!

If my clients can’t book without being registered then what’s the point?

I like the fact that it is free. There should be an option for clients to book services without being registered first. There is no way to delete your account when you no longer want to use it. And no one ever responds to your emails.

Would be much better if Colavosalon would send appointment set and reminders automatically when I make the appointment for them.

It keeps kicking me out when I scroll to the “C” section. The rest of Colavosalon looks promising but I am mostly using Colavosalon for keeping up with clients and their info/formulas. If the main thing I need doesn’t work, I won’t use it :/

Would be great if there’s a section to record clients color formula. Please add this feature soon !

I love that Colavosalon is free it’s incredibly useful I just wish it had better or maybe easier access to KPI like tips vs services because I have to breakdown commission and can’t do that with tips included in every total… and also seeing client retention and such easier would be a lot better but otherwise it’s pretty solid

Colavosalon is fair and reasonable, and as a stylist I love the visuals and colors used in Colavosalon .

Feedback is that the pre-written prompts (i.e. reminder texts, discount texts, etc.) are a bit general.

I wish there was an option to add a custom tip each time rather than having to adjust the time, add it to your list of tip amounts, and check off the appropriate one. People give different tips all the time so being able to simply type the tip in would be much better.

Great ability to add portfolio pictures and bio for each client.

Personal booking link for your services is a bit long and I wish it were shortened a bit to be more aesthetically pleasing to add to your social media.

Everything I need ! And It’s free. Only improvement I can think of is text automation for text responses and I would gladly pay for that

I’m an independent nail tech and Colavosalon helps me so much. It keeps track of my money as well as my clients. Each of my clients has a profile and I can keep record of their services. It also has customized text messages you can send to them. I love Colavosalon. The only thing I would add is processing deposits and credit card transactions to Colavosalon and it would be perfect!!!!!

This is a very good app. Easy to use and very helpful. I just wished we could use the “appointment messaging” here in the US as well. That would be great!

It’s really helpful in keeping track of my goals and people’s services in order great for inventory and it’s free

Nice app, but I would like an option to make my weekly appointments to automatically show up for the next week. Q: Is this a weekly or by-weekly client?
