I bought a blue turn specifically to use for ultimate guitar. Trying to pair it has been impossible. Is there anyone that has had success in pairing the blue turn with ultimate guitar iPad app?

How to fix Blueturn app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Blueturn app on iPhone
Update Blueturn app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Blueturn iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Blueturn on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Blueturn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Blueturn Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Blueturn not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Blueturn App
1. On android, goto Settings » Blueturn » click [Force Stop]

Update Blueturn to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blueturn App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Blueturn » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Blueturn.

Fix Blueturn unable to contact server/ Blueturn internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Blueturn » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Blueturn » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blueturn
