Panini Kabob Grill Reviews

I order every now and then, probably every 2 months on average. Your price goes up every time I order at the same time portion got smaller. This time the koobideh was dry. I got the family 2 skew combo and it only had 1 grill vegetable. This combo is suppose to feed 3 people. I ordered a 16 oz edamame hummus and it did not taste fresh...on the way to spoiled. I would give 0 or negative star if there was an option to do so. This was such a disappointment, your food used to taste great!

I wish I read reviews before using PaniniKabobGrill! I’m a long time customer of this restaurant and just love the place! Never had any issues before but the last time I used PaniniKabobGrill and checked the option to save credit card information, my card info has been stolen! Someone tried to buy a $900 iPad in another county using my card! DONT US USE PaniniKabobGrill! APPLE SHOULD TAKE IT DOWN! I don’t understand how PaniniKabobGrill even passed the Apple review process!!!

I went to the Mission Viejo store
I ordered online with a 2 hour window. When I got there it was so Crowded and found out orders were half an hour behind so they said. There was no social distancing I waited for 45 min and still no sign of my order and the restaurant was getting crowded. I ended up leaving got very nervous. Tried cancelling order online I’m hoping I was successful . I will not be coming back to Panini until we get back to normal. It was not a good experience.

Ordered 90 minutes in advance and had a scheduled pickup time. Waited outside 25 minutes in the car before entering the restaurant only to find out you need to call when you get there. That would have been fine if it didn’t take another 25 minutes to find that out while watching bags of food sit and get cold. The scene was complete chaos and customers were incredibly rude crowding the front of the restaurant with no social distancing at all. When I finally was able to talk to someone my order was “next up” which means that they hadn’t even started. I felt totally unsafe waiting in the restaurant and if it wasn’t Mother’s Day and me needing to deliver food to my mom I would have left. I will definitely not be going back. So sad. I really liked this place...

This is the 2nd time that PaniniKabobGrill and the staff have been very inaccurate about the wait time for my order. The first time the was on the St. Patrick’s Day, they were only off by over an hour. Tonight they got me the order almost 25 minutes after it said it was completed on PaniniKabobGrill and ready for pick up.

As to the order, the vegetables were almost none existent on the chicken kabobs, the romaine avocado salad had no avocado , and one of the sides is tratziki had not been shut properly and poured all over the bag and our dinner containers.

They need to correct their app to reflect the reality of the preparation time to reflect the challenges they are dealing with due to Covid-19. Their restaurant was filled with others waiting for their late orders. This is no way to socially distance.

Every time I ordered to have it delivered home, something is missing. My previous orders missing pita and hummus, I ordered 2, got only one. My last order missing date, no date at all, for my date salad where I paid extra for it. Frustrating, happened several times already.

I called the store, LBX, they just said remind them what’s missing when I ordered next time!!!??

When I installed PaniniKabobGrill , I was offered small reward (pitta and hummus) with my first order, but I could never checkout with added reward to my order ever since. I have been using PaniniKabobGrill multiple time and the offer still stuck there. It only gives me error at checkout. Why offering reward if you are not going to honor it?

I have a dairy allergy and need a way to state this in my order and specify “no butter.” Please make this change. The previous online ordering system allowed for this. With the updated website and PaniniKabobGrill, I now have to either make the order online, then follow up via phone, or just altogether call in my order instead, which is a hassle for everyone. Thanks.

Ordered my food online, curbside pick up. Got there no one checked on me after 10 minutes I called the store to let them know I was there and after 10 minutes no one show up, explained that to the manager and he didn’t apologize at all, he said who did you talk to. I End up canceling my order, with empty stomach and still not an even a sorry from the manager Jessie. Bad service. You just lost a customer Panini and a regular customer. I feel bad for the only girl taking the orders, running back and fort without help. Don’t offer a service that you clearly don’t do well. Almost an hour and no food.

Easy to use app. It gives option what time you want to pick up. 4 stars because there was a time it didn’t let me use my reward.

I have to agree with the other person rating your app —there’s no place to put a comment or special instructions like... Please place my salad in separate bag & NOT in the bag with the hot food!! Otherwise, very easy app to use for ordering food & getting it curbside.

Just ordered thru my app... well see when I pick up my order how it all went ... The only thing I wouldve liked to see is a box with special instructions !! Like I need extra dressing for all my salads I got and I pray they don’t put any dressing on the salad b4hand 🤷🏻‍♀️just want to get it all squared away while I’m at home rather then bug them for it while there busy 🤷🏻‍♀️

No where to park. Had to block intersection. Notified restaurant by text response of my arrival and no one came out. Had to call to inform them I was still waiting on my order outside. My favorite choice of food other than the delay on my arrival! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Delay, defeats the purpose of curbside pick up! 😬

Love this restaurant. We order frequently. PaniniKabobGrill should have a provision for special orders or requests. We like to have our kabobs cooked well done. The only way to make the request is to call after placing the online order.

PKG is our go to for take out! Ordering directly on the PKG app is so convenient! The menu is organized and you can review your rewards points easily. Our food is always fresh and delicious.

I came across this restaurant by chance one time going to the movies and while waiting for the time we decided to find somewhere to eat with my family. I do not have enough words to describe how amazing the food was. My nephews (3 & 1 at the time) enjoyed every minute of it. I’ve ordered for delivery to my work place and it always brings a happy smile. An order can pretty much be shared by 2 people. My ultime Favorite...the vegetable chicken soup, my to go soup when am feeling under the weather or when I need some comfort food in my life. Amazing service, in-store and online. Worth the hype!

PaniniKabobGrill makes it simple and has perks! Created an account and placed an order within a few minutes and got my order delivered faster then PaniniKabobGrill predicted. It’s very easy to navigate in PaniniKabobGrill and pictures of the food make it even better!

We love Mediterranean food, so I wanted to surprise my family and buy the family combo for lunch after seeing the advertisement on KTLA this morning , offering the 25% off with free delivery. PaniniKabobGrill was easy and the ETA was just on time. Food was nice and hot.. I would highly recommend the family special so worth the money, and very satisfying. We have enough for dinner 🥘. Definitely feeds more than 4ppl.

I couldn’t love this place more... I am so happy with the service every time I come in & have been a customer for years. The food always comes out in good timing & they never fail to cook everything to perfection. It’s safe to say that I haven’t ever had a disappointing experience. Thank you for all that you do.. I am at home during quarantine and just ordered the charbroiled chicken kabob with the romaine avocado salad. It comes with the best lime vinaigrette (my all time favorite salad dressing) and basmati rice. I can almost guarantee you’ll always be happy with making the choice to order from panini. :)

PaniniKabobGrill totally duped me. I ordered $52 worth of food because I was expecting to be charged $27 for it. But instead I was charged $52...so where the heck is my $25 off?

I like the restaurant so I won't hold them liable. But ChowNow, your a different story. I've got my eye on you!! Bunch of no good scoundrels is what you are now. So much for a good first impression??

Beware the $25 off offer. It's BS!!!

Please dump PaniniKabobGrill and use a real one developed by LevelUp. Restaurants like Cava their service and it works great!

Really bad experience. Makes ordering complicated ended up going elsewhere.

So disappointed with my Chicken Shish Kabob. Normally like three large slices of tomatoes. I only got a small tomato piece. :(

Downloaded this to see if getting the food directly from them would be cheaper than the usual 5 bucks delivery fee. They actually charge 8 bucks... Ehhh me thinks no. Instant delete.

I thought it was just me but I’ve seen the racism more than once on separate occasions. It’s unbelievable. Also the food is dry and nasty. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I made a purchase using a new card I had recently received and decided to use their app, delivery is thru postmates, app was the 1st purchase using card, 3 hours later I get a fraud alert from Citibank to confirm a $1583 purchase from Verizon Wireless. Their app must not be secure when you order because they were the only charge I had ever done since the card was brand new. Their food is great but now will only go dine in.

Good app! I have some feedback: (1) I want to pick my food up in 45 min. But if I put "asap" I'm scared the food will be cold. I wish there was a disclaimer somewhere (or maybe I need to read better). (2) I made a mistake and put the wrong salad to come with my kabob. It wouldn't let me edit it, or I don't know how to. I had to put "0" quantity for that order and readd the kabob with the correct salad. I wish I Could have just edited that one. (3) it wouldn't let me change the pick-up time for my order so I had to cancel my order and start a new one. Thanks :)

Since updating, it’s been so much easier to order online AND I can get my rewards at the same time. Much smoother than before. Loving the new app so far!!

I order takeout from Panini at least once a week and PaniniKabobGrill makes it so much more convenient. It’s very user friendly. It took me 2min to place my order, modify my selections and enter my cc information.

I love PaniniKabobGrill! It is beautiful and easy to use. It lets me choose the location I want and if I want to pick up or have it delivered! Love it!!!

It actually delivers as promised! Very easy to use, there were no hiccups or surprises. On top that, the food is excellent! I always expect a charge I was expecting or the delay very takes much longer than stated or you know how the food looks and sounds so delicious but then you get it and it here’s $25.00 down the drain because the quality is so poor? Well not here, I had a Chicken Kabob with salad and grilled vegetables and it was wonderful, the veggies were cooked perfectly and if I could have chicken like that all the time I wouldn’t miss the beef I can’t eat anymore! Seriously don’t order a crappy salad from one of the local chains, this is so much better!

Excellent!!! So glad to have PaniniKabobGrill to order the best freshest food delivery. Last thing I want to do on days off is shop - all food is great here / koobideh kabob!!!! Trying French toast breakfast delivery today.
