Ordered 90 minutes in advance and had a scheduled pickup time. Waited outside 25 minutes in the car before entering the restaurant only to find out you need to call when you get there. That would have been fine if it didn’t take another 25 minutes to find that out while watching bags of food sit and get cold. The scene was complete chaos and customers were incredibly rude crowding the front of the restaurant with no social distancing at all. When I finally was able to talk to someone my order was “next up” which means that they hadn’t even started. I felt totally unsafe waiting in the restaurant and if it wasn’t Mother’s Day and me needing to deliver food to my mom I would have left. I will definitely not be going back. So sad. I really liked this place...

I order every now and then, probably every 2 months on average. Your price goes up every time I order at the same time portion got smaller. This time the koobideh was dry. I got the family 2 skew combo and it only had 1 grill vegetable. This combo is suppose to feed 3 people. I ordered a 16 oz edamame hummus and it did not taste fresh...on the way to spoiled. I would give 0 or negative star if there was an option to do so. This was such a disappointment, your food used to taste great!

I went to the Mission Viejo store
I ordered online with a 2 hour window. When I got there it was so Crowded and found out orders were half an hour behind so they said. There was no social distancing I waited for 45 min and still no sign of my order and the restaurant was getting crowded. I ended up leaving got very nervous. Tried cancelling order online I’m hoping I was successful . I will not be coming back to Panini until we get back to normal. It was not a good experience.
