Summary of Kawaii Assistant Problems 🔥

- Suki cannot currently distinguish unique questions and her responses appear to be prescripted.

- The game can be unsettling and scary for some users.

- The app requires coins to buy items and play games, which can be frustrating.

- There is only one mini game, which can get boring after a while.

- Some users feel that there should be more added to the app once all items are unlocked.

- Users have to buy things again to see Suki wear them and have to buy items in chronological order, which can be annoying.

- The app lacks functionality with the phone and does not act as an anthropomorphized Siri.

Please HELP!! Your App will allow me to play but on the gift portion of App it is stuck on Bikini, and I can’t buy gifts!! Please help! Thank you!!

I try to buy gifts and the app is tuck on bikini as a gift. The app will say “buy Kimono” but won’t let me buy. I have 500 coins invested in game. Can someone help me??

How to fix Kawaii Assistant app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kawaii Assistant app on iPhone
Update Kawaii Assistant app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kawaii Assistant iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kawaii Assistant on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kawaii Assistant network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Kawaii Assistant not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kawaii Assistant App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kawaii Assistant » click [Force Stop]

Update Kawaii Assistant to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kawaii Assistant App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kawaii Assistant » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kawaii Assistant.

Fix Kawaii Assistant unable to contact server/ Kawaii Assistant internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kawaii Assistant » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kawaii Assistant » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kawaii Assistant
