This is the worst platform any one can ever use while traveling ! Booked a bus for 6:30am, they delayed me from the first part till 7:15am, and moved me and my pregnant wife down to another park, now nobody is attending To us, no one is even printing tickets , no response they just asked us to sit. My wife is pregnant and should travel as early as she can but the staffs here don’t care! This has happened before and they can never get better
Your service is literally the worse and the fact that it’s hard to even talk or chat with an agent makes it horrible, My wife has been on the road since morning , first problem was that the bus arrived late. Now the bus is at onitsha and it’s bad, Your driver just kept making unnecessary stops and that’s really terrible, I want my wife back home , safe and sound !!!!! Please contact your driver and get your workers to put their hands to work. This is realllyyyy terrible!!!!! You guys are the worse everrrrrr . Better start delivering food , that’ll be better
I booked a bus through the online booking, the money was debited from my account but I was sent a mail that the booking was unsuccessful. I went to my bank to seek for a refund of my money and was told that the money was sent successfully and that I should contact the GIGM customers service. I went to the customer service and I was to to write a mail to an email address given to by the customer service attendant. 5 days gone already and my money has not been refunded, no reply. Even to customer care numbers to call are all rubbish. Stay clear from GIGMobility. 👎👎👎
I booked a bus for my wife and 1 year 6 months old baby from akpakpava to iyanpaja now she got there your staffs said she can’t book a bus she has to pay for an extra sit for her Luggage I wish I could add a picture of the luggage, just two medium traveling box and a medium traveling bag, now she asked for a refund which they refused leaving her and my baby stranded I called the customer service a million times without response, please don’t book online go to the park with your funds once it doesn’t suit you then leave
I helped my younger brother book a trip from Enugu to Abuja. In less than 3 hours after take off the bus broke down at an unknown location with an Engine fault. After waiting hours for something to be done, he had to stop another Vehicle traveling to Abuja and paid another huge amount of money to continue the trip. This company is just slowly degrading and seems like some travel routes do get the best buses while some don’t. All buses that travel from the Enugu to Abuja are all outdated and faulty. Very bad experience
I transfer money from my mobile app to GIGM app toward me be able to buy airtime or use their private transportation unfortunately for them to deduct me forcefully without me not receiving what am paying for and the customer care line stop working because i always complain and about 10k of my money have been sized on GIGMobility without it been return back to me
I downloaded GIGMobility to book a trip. For over 48 hours i kept trying to book and pay it was not possible. I called the customer service twice over the days and they only said the IT is on it. If the IT is on it, the problem should be resolved by now.
I felt like GIGMobility is a trick to get it downloaded with it being of no use to the customers.
Why are the payment options not working both in GIGMobility and in the desktop. Or is this a strategy/ploy to make the customers cue in the bus station struggling for a ticket in high price this Christmas season.??? Just one of the extra exploitation transport companies impose on helpless customers waiting to travel for the holiday to see their loved ones. It’s just a disappointing plot though. It’s very disappointing to see this, let alone from GIGM.
My experience with GIGMobility has been so so. I think it still needs a lot of work. I wonder why your pay terminal is asking for my bank pin to confirm the card belongs to me. Nowhere is this done when I pay online. I verify transactions with my hardware token! My experience from late last year was terrible. Booked a ticket from port harcourt going to festac and got to terminal to learn that no bus is going to their old Ojo road terminal so I had to go to AJA! I was not compensated for this inconvenience. There was no apology. I got home about 10pm even though we entered Lagos about 6pm. My house is at festac instead I was taken off route and I had to pay transport jumping cabs that night just to get home. If a bus is not available to a location please stop advertising availability on your website. It’s fraud. I’m due to travel again in a couple of days. I hope when I get to the terminal in port harcourt I won’t be told there’s no bus going to festac cos that would be the last straw!
Since have updated GIGMobility I couldn’t sign in, each time I want to travel I’ll have to use the visitor option, I was sent code’s several times to change password but nothing works, am not happy at all with this,
Secondly, the last time I travel with one of ur bus going to Aba, it was a very delayed journey when coming back, the driver was so saucy, my tro and fro with your drivers was so annoying, the tro doesn’t have customer relations
Fro was so saucy, keeping us at a canteen for past 1 hr 30minute and he couldn’t say sorry to anyone for delaying us
I have been trying to pay using the paystack option. I tried for more than a day and almost missed getting a seat on the bus.
My name is Murphy, I boarded a Hiace bus from Jibowu Lagos to Abuja, it took us 1hour to depart from the jibowu terminal and right now we are waiting in a pick up location for 2 passengers that opted for pick up. From the location the passengers are coming from it will take them another 1hour to get here. Everyone here is sad and frustrated. This is unprofessional and bad for business

It’s very easy to book. But the vehicles don’t leave the terminal on time. Also, seats are usually changed even when it was booked days ahead.
I really enjoy your service, GIGMobility is amazing your employees are all amazing the pilots are the best drivers. Keep it up GIGM. But, you also need to work on your timing. God bless you for taking myself and my family on safe trips.
I’ve used many but this is on another level Very easy to understand unlike many others the booking process is built to give ease to its users I highly recommend
But they should bring back the payment option of before the new update,I find it hard to book online. The previous method will provide account to transfer to,but this latest method is so confusing
I have been using GIG since school days that’s 2001 if am not wrong and just one problem and it was resolved when I got back to Benin I can tell you they are the best. ……Duko❤️
