I can not retrieve my password once I hit the button it gives a format “error please try again later modified “ it’s been over a month I can not reset it!! HELP

my security camera guy can login on his android, I can’t log in on my iPhone. Says operation failed. No help available at all. $5000 security system and were looking at having to change software because this app doesn’t have ANY HELP AT ALL. Bad company bad app do not use

RView works well on my iPad but not on my iPhone XR. I have uninstalled and reinstalled installed but it doesn’t work on the phone.
