Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Auri app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Auri app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Auri app on iPhone
Update Auri app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Auri iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Auri on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Auri network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Auri not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Auri app issues:

Force Stop the Auri App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Auri app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Auri to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Auri App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Auri app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Auri.

Fix Auri unable to contact server/ Auri internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Auri » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Auri » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Auri on android.
