Such a disappointment whenever I use WesternSunFCU. There’s a max on the amount you can deposit via mobile deposit, however, it does not tell you this. Then it won’t let you go past that amount, even if you’re making deposits in multiple accounts. You’re also unable to contact customer service via WesternSunFCU unless you log out to make a call, can’t email. Very basic and not user friendly.
Constant issues with not loading, says I don’t not have network connectivity, but I obviously do as every other thing works on Cellular and Wifi this constantly gives errors and works 10% of the time maybe.
Release two weeks ago needs iOS 13, offers option to download older version, but that doesn't work. No option to back out.
WesternSunFCU haven’t worked in a week! Just brings up a white face head and then nothing.
UNLESS you want to check your balances!! Then it’s a 5 star wonder. I was under the impression all of my electronic checks using WesternSunFCU were being deposited. Little did I know that since I didn’t write For deposit only to WSFCU and I was taking the picture with the WSFCU app it wasn’t being deposited. They did send me a notification but I have to log-on to my account using a PC to retrieve those notices. They do NOT appear through WesternSunFCU nor do they send you an email notification. I don’t log into the website because that too is a major PITA. How much more difficult can you make this?
Having to reenter your password to transfer funds is irritating. I have multiple banking apps and none of those require this step.
Why would WesternSunFCU allow someone to endorse the back of the check as “mobile deposit “ (as is called for by the bank), type in all the information of the check to make the deposit, take the picture of the front and back of the check, hit deposit button and wait for WesternSunFCU to think, only THEN to be instructed that it exceeds the mobile deposit limit. Why? Why not have this information available BEFORE all this is done??? Or, Why not give this warning when an exceeded limit is typed in on the deposit amount space.
App is ok so far! Took forever to reset up online banking. Won't save username which is a pain in the butt, I don't have my account number memorized. Liked it when it had where you could enter a different username then account number. So I have to look my number up to it.
