So, Iconosquare is super helpful as far as providing insights and info about your ig account until the free trial period (which you probably don’t see in the description - I know it wasn’t there when I downloaded it) ends. I didn’t even know there was a trial period until I opened Iconosquare one day & it notified me that it had expired. Not including this information usually is a red flag to me, that the developer will not be up front with users about costs. There is no free version of Iconosquare - you either pay a subscription every month or get access to nothing. Most apps with similar features will still have a free version after the trial period runs but not this one. I deleted it after the trial period expired because most of the features can be found in other apps that are either free or the features remain free once the trial periods on those apps lapse. It was fun while it lasted, but I’m not going to pay for information that I can find for free elsewhere.

Honestly most frustrating experience on an app in a while. Firstly you cannot create an account on Iconosquare you have to go onto a browser to do that. Not to mention it takes forever and you do a 2 weeks free trial. . I was like okay cool as long as it’s worth it. Then I spend about 10 minutes making my post to wake up and see that my scheduled post for 6am didn’t even post ! Like really. So I check Iconosquare and I have to manually go in there and post it. Honestly I don’t have time to figure Iconosquare out. Iv used others and they aren’t that complicated. Waste of my time. Would never recommend, it also doesn’t have schedule posts for story. And only shows you insights into 5 past posts.

I have been using Iconosquare for a long time and trying to work around all of its inconveniences. Such as the inability to change photos in the draft of the post. The fact that sometimes my posts show up on my instagram before I agree to push them out and that it has been posting all of my scheduled posts twice. I wanted to pass along this feedback to others who are considering Iconosquare. It has been helpful to use Iconosquare, but it just has too many issues for my taste.

It provides valuable insights on what you need. I would really like for it to have a feature similar to preview in which you can actually download your grid, then put potential photos next to it in order to maintain theme. Other than that I would say maybe include more information that’s available on the desktop client.

this app puts the word FUN 🙌🏼 into Facebook and Instagram analytics. If you seek to find what your performance indicators are, manage and organize your content, and plan your material ahead of time, you should be using this app! This great tool not only save you a bunch of time, but makes your life much more easier!🙂

Great application. I had no issues during the trial period.
Once I signed up for one year a lot of bugs appeared.
The auto scheduling sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. It tells you how the post has been scheduled and then you receive a notification how you need to finish it manually. Well what’s the point of scheduling it in first place then? I sure hope they fix it since I do like the concept of Iconosquare.

Crashes several times when trying to validate posts so that it is seem less when scheduling and posting.

Iconosquare is way more accurate than the others. After some research I came across Iconosquare. It does with it says and without breaking the programs rules, because it's in partner with Instagram. This used to be a fail safe way for me to not be working 7 days a week. I use the post scheduler for my company, so it posts automatically at optimal times. Unfortunately the last 2 months - I’m logged out of Iconosquare EVERYTIME I click out of it, and spend a bunch of time scheduling IG posts for them to not go out. It’s really frustrating - I’ll be talking to my company about cancelling the $700 we pay a year for nothing to work.

The free two week trial doesn’t offer any insights that I couldn’t already get from Instagram Analytics for business accounts, so I decided to upgrade and check out the available features for the Pro platform. Turns out those features weren’t of much use to me and so I canceled my subscription after 15 days. I hoped customer service would refund my monthly payment, but they declined.

Iconosquare and scheduler only work some of the time and they won’t give you any kind of a refund, even partial, when their service doesn’t work for weeks on end. It’s a great concept, with promise, but since they can’t follow through and have absolutely terrible customer service, I could never recommend this service, especially for the price.

I wish it had the same capabilities as the website. You can’t search for custom dates if you have their basic account which is unfortunate if you are on your phone. Other than that, it’s a good app.

Both app and website gives me headache

This is a great app for social media marketing! I am actually surprised there aren’t more ratings or users!

I was on Iconosquare 4 years ago and it used to be free. Then it was $3/month, then $9/month. Now you can’t even see the gender distribution of your followings unless you spend $40/MONTH.

Riddle me this: why the f*%$ would I EVER spend $480 a year on something that doesn’t even show me if my followers are male or female?

So after 4 years I’m deactivating my account and deleting Iconosquare .

I have been trying really hard to get an account and it will not let me. After about 15 times of saying “your account isn’t confirmed yet” and repeating that, I decided not to use this company. Seems too good to be true with everything they say they offer.

I’ve had this ap for 20 minutes and cannot sign up. It prompts users to “click here” if you’re not a user yet which then shows slides about the purpose of the ap but no way of registering. It’s wasting my time. Deleting.

Iconosquare used my information to hack my Instagram and twitter. I’m hacked out of my account. I have almost 200k followers. They use this to get your info when asked if you want to do a 3k ad, they tell you to download this and once you put your info, you’re logged out!!! They’re asking me for money to retrieve my information.

Spent way too much time trying to figure out how to create an account with Iconosquare... if creating an account is challenging, I’m sure the rest of Iconosquare is buggy as well...
