Contact Google Family Link Support

I have a Samsung galaxy s22fe I wanted to supervise my daughter on my phone but evidently supervising myself.I deleted supervising myself then my device locked but very strange it like telling me my daughter supervised herself.Anyway I’m her mom and now my phone blocked.i need the phone to pay things but I can’t.please help me to unlock my phone.Also after 24h can I use my phone again or will block me again?

I need your help. I deleted my Gmail account a few months ago and I figure how to get the parent access code for my son to access into his laptop. He is 13 years old. I am aware that I can’t get my old Gmail account back - it is permanently. Let me know what do I do with the parent access code.

Son has a Chromebook worked fine until two days ago. now it is asking for a parent access code. When I login to my Family Link APP on a iphone as per the help GIF and instructions indicate the APP circles around "does your child have a Gmail account" yes or no I choose yes, then it tells me to add him. Choosing no adds him even though he is already there. there are NO other choices, because there are no other button. The help section reads to go to upper left hand of screen click, choose 'parental access code', so simple but i do not have that option. Now what? we cannot login to his computer there is no side access the computer is locked down.

My daughters account (akshreemayi@redacted) is disabled and unable to access. Can you help in resolving this asap. We are stuck on this for past 1 week and this is very critical

My abusive husband has been linked to my phone for 3 years. I didn't know how he was doing it .I just discovered he has one of my emails attached to a family link app that he has downloaded in his device. I have gone through multiple phones trying to stop this. I created a new email account every time I got a new phone just for him to still get linked to my phone. He has also created numerous emails on his own using my credentials. What can I do to stop this? Can he be arrested for it?

I delete out my sons account, but when I try to sign into another device which I was managing which is his laptop it’s asking for a parent access code which I do not have. When I try to add his account again it tells me it’s not able to. How do I bypass or how do I get another parent code, since it won’t let me add him again?

Frustrated, got a phone under my plan to give to my younger brother (HE'S 57) I did this parental control so he could not charge anything to my account. (Just a precaution) so I sent him new phone, now it's useless, I have unlocked and permitted all it allows me to. I tried to stop supervision on my phone with parent permission but now I have an error that says 'Remove supervision failed' and the phone is now locked and can't be used for anything; even the emergency call button is not working.

Hi! I have a problem with my google account on my mobile device. I cant login to my Google account or You Tube account. I see only connecting/refreshing icon in action (rotating) and nothing changes... On my laptop there is no problem with login. I have parental control (Family Link) on my device and my mobile device (Xiaomi Redmi 10) says that cant make changes because menager is Family Link. Also My parent can't do nothing because Family Link do not take changes. I cant see in my e-mails a mail from Google that allows me to manage my account by myself, without parental control ( I'm 13 years old and I know I shall receive it). Can you help. please?

I successfully blocked adult content on my child’s phone via google chrome as well search apps using family link. However, my son can still use google search. When using his google account all adult images are blocked. But he merely needs to click the account icon in the top right, then manage account, then select use google without account, which permits him to see results/images of adult related searches. How do I block that?

Want to remove this app, immediately, been hindering the use of my kids phone, which is now a business line, can't access YouTube or anything, and I've removed and deleted the app???? I used family link for my daughters TABLET and unfortunately I’ve forgotten the password I set up the account with. Ive tried deleting all information because no one ever contacted me or I’ve been to occupied to see the email for recovery that now it won’t allow me the option anymore so if someone from Family link could contact me regarding my daughters email account verification id really appreciate it I don’t feel that I should have to buy a brand new tablet jus bc Family Link has blocked my access to the tablet without knowing the password.. Hi, I change a time limit on my son's apps depending on a day. It used to work just fine but now when I change it from 0 min to 30 min, Family Link tells him the app is not available and it starts working the following day when his limit is already different. Why is this happening?
