It’s nice to shop at a store that likes to keep things simple and has a positive attitude and tries to make things better when they go wrong. Gabes has the same sort of vibe. I’ve been using it for months now and it’s mostly worked okay enough, but this new version seems way more solid, and the design got trimmed down and focused. Usually when apps do a big update, they get more and more complicated. It’s nice to see an app do the opposite, pick a couple of features and make them as good as possible.

I have an existing rewards account with active coupons that are sporadically sent to my email. I have never been able to log into Gabes . I’ve tried hitting the reset password option but a reset email never makes it to my inbox or spam. I’m at a loss. What am I supposed to do? The website just says to put my email in and follow directions. Can someone help? Otherwise Gabes is completely useless for anyone with an existing account created in store!

Simple app that makes it easy to scan your rewards card or find coupons. Not overwhelming and confusing like so many other store apps.

After the newest updated on this date, I am unable to login to my account. Very inconvenient for seeing my points and playing the new game.

Gabes has dramatically improved and is very useful as a member of the unbelievable rewards program.

I have downloaded and logged in several times. It will just sit there with the rotating daisy petals and flash white lights on my screen! Not sure what the issue is, but very frustrated!!

I have all my coupons loaded on Gabes. When the time came to check out my phone said Gabes was not verified, and it wouldn’t open Gabes . It said the certificate was out of date!!!

Will make a better review if it ever starts working .. either froze up and you can’t hit any buttons or you try to login and it just sets and keeps trying to load

Gabes has so many problems. Its been IMPOSSIBLE to create an account, had to do it through the website and it STILL doesn’t let me log is as anything else than a guest. Do better.

Then you can do nothing or go anywhere…. Just the sign in page. Not if you’re a new user, existing user or just want to browse….

After putting in my login info, it doesn’t open. It’s just stuck on a grey screen! If you fix it I will update my review.

Opened an account, lady scanned my barcode it’s been 4 days still no rewards spent closet to $40 bucks

No words can possibly describe this so called company I spend massive amounts at their stores and rack up points and how do I use those points oh use Gabes or on the site yet when I make an account the info is always wrong I can never log in or it says I never created an account!!!!!!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone through absolute HELL!!!!! Just trying to get a coupon or any way to use my points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t know what corporate is thinking and honestly at this point I really honestly do think they don’t want the site or app to work so they don’t have to give us our discounts no matter how much we spend at their stores it’s beyond obvious how bad their site and everything else is and I’ve complained countless time at the stores and every single employee agrees with me and I don’t even get mad with them their just the workers they all agree that the this app corporation are greedy scuzzy scumbags that don’t even try oh and to rename your stores this app sounds like the creepy uncle nobody wants to be around you should have left it rugged warehouse nobody even knows what this app even is and nobody wants to go to some creepy store names this app real smart marketing naming this app they honestly don’t know how to do anything right but then they never did their just greedy corporate sleeze bags that don’t give half a cent to nobody

Won’t let me use my my current account by scanning in my card or entering my account number When I enter my name email etc it wants to create a new account every time ! By signing me up Won’t let me log in ! Digital coupons from my current account don’t connect Can’t see receipts from current sales. This store is amazing to shop in Sadly their rewards program is constantly being changed regarding how it works. Very confusing to know when I should get a coupon and will that be printed on my receipt or sent by email or nothing ? Is it 4 coupons per quarter per $50 spent then your done or is it every $50
You get a coupon regardless of time? They can’t seem to make up their minds! The staff in the stores are just as confused they don’t even try to keep up anymore So now I try to add this to iPhone to make it easier and it’s totally wacko doesn’t recognize anything about me , my current account, email birthdate and etc DO NOT BOTHER DOWNLOADING Gabes. It doesn’t work and there is no one paying any attention to our comments here or in the store or by phone. Keep your receipts and track manually your sales and points is the only way to work this rewards program !

I see in recent reviews that you are having trouble logging in to begin with. In order to log in to begin with, you have to push “sign up” not log in. You sign up with the email affiliated w/ your unbelievable rewards card. Create a password and wallah. You have your app. It shows all of your purchases and what you bought, store locations and numbers, your coupons and it’s all in one spot and easily accessible. Confusing at first, but definitely worth it. I work at a this app store and have to explain to customers how Gabes works and help them create an account.

You use your points coupons ($5 off 25 min.) at the store, not here.

You search at their website, (see the link, in the menu) not here in Gabes .

I myself loves going to Their store.
And using the $5 coupons at the store. Not here in Gabes .
Sometimes you get higher value coupons to use such as $15 off $50 min.
Their always getting new merchandise.
They also have things for sell; that are hard to find at a store. :)

Gabes is pointless. I spend thousands at their stores and Gabes never works allowing me to access the coupons and discounts. Along with not being able to get Gabes to work most of the time, the coupons and discounts are only given every 3 months despite how much money you spend. The point system really doesn’t matter because it you max your points you don’t get more coupons. This makes people get multiple score cards just to receive the coupons they deserve for spending so much money in their stores. It just shows they don’t care about their customers at all. Do better this app, do better.

I followed one person’s review about tapping “sign up” instead of “log in”. It was confusing at first and I was ready to give a poor review. As soon as I did all of the “sign up” part and entered info (my previously logged in info from the website) every thing was connected and I could see my past purchases, points, etc. Thank you.

I thought Gabes was for online shopping also, Gabes is so poor on options, you barely can do anything AND there is not even a “back” link if you wanna go to the main menu. I have signed up about 3 times with the same info but when tapping “view rewards” it takes me to the web browser and ask for my info which doesn’t recognize. Can I give a 0 star? Waste of time! You should pay for a better app developer....

Gabes was working good up until i went to use it today and now it won’t update purchased and it won’t upload the Coupon i got and the points aren’t changing. Gabes will crash if i click certain options please fix i enjoy Gabes and how convenient it is

Great app so convenient....Now I dont need to find my card 💳 and its right there on my 📲 ! Love that I see my purchases ... hopefully they will add the receipts on Gabes so I dont have to worry about lost receipts and can return with my phone using Gabes !

App doesn’t let you log in with the log in from the website.

*update* Customer Support helped me with it. You have to sign up and it will load your info. Which is different.

I come from out of town to visit the store and ever since I first came in they confuse me with my coupons and my rewards are never usable bc they can’t accurately inform me where I can get hold of them I tell them Gabes doesn’t work and they rush me out of the line for the next customer! welp im one lost customer, also you get what you pay for sometimes it’s over priced on the clothes and it can barely last one wear! Good luck.

Don't waste your time getting Gabes. It DOES NOT WORK!!! I have NOT been able to login NOT one time even though my credentials work just fine through the website. Read the reviews. Everyone is having the same problem but they won't fix the issue. But they have the nerve to push an update today with new features!!! Unbelievable!!!

Apple needs to pull Gabes from the catalog. It is garbage!!!

I just downloaded the this app reward app after I received the card in the store, and Gabes won’t even let me sign up and hook my card up to Gabes . This is frustrating and needs to be fixed. When I try to sign up through Facebook, it says Gabes is still in development mode and I don’t have access to it.

Tried to open app with my login information and Gabes asked for a reset for my password. I set all that up over a month ago and login works fine when I go to the website. If you can’t write an app that works, you might as well take the whole app down. Don’t waste people’s time with a non functional app. Really poor excuse for an app!

Every time I go in even with my card. They don’t know the problem and make me a new account. I did online as well. When I login doesn’t work. Format blah blah. I have 4 this app cards. I doubt I will keep shopping there. Today that register was not letting them login to accounts. Sorry they said. Really! App crashes when you open it. 😡

I was going to give one star. I have a MyGabes online account that I have no problem signing into. But I was never able to sign into Gabes with the same credentials. I did as the other users adjusted and use the same email and set new password and it opened my existing account. (I feared that it was going to create a duplicate account, but it didn’t.)
