I have contender pro and it’s really frustrating that ContenterVideoContentMaker crashes constantly: mid project, opening templates, browsing around, while it’s saving a project. It’s RELENTLESS. I do have the latest update for app & phone installed so there shouldn’t be any issues there. It’s very frustrating because ContenterVideoContentMaker suits me and my business’ needs if I could ever get a project done. I would like to see more accessibility to tutorials on each feature & how we can fully utilize ALL that contender offers. Keywords: accessibility & informational. Features needed to be explained to us: how to do voiceovers, how to upload our PNG watermarks (so it’s clear), customization, connect to post to multiple social media channels on the same platforms e.g. personal FB Account & a FB Business Page. A HUGE PROBLEM is that there isn’t a ratio change or edit. It just cuts off your stuff you can’t do anything about it. I almost wanna refund and want to look into some competitors to get what I need from a service like this. The other thing that IS IMPORTANT is to have more control over how our clips are presented: to be able to change exactly how many milliseconds/seconds one frame is on a video so we can match the music and add drama & more interest, make it more captivating and custom. The other thing that is important is to be able to select our own mixes, music and beats (if we own them or have rights to them). We also should be able to have the text and caption we add pop up at certain times more than once at the beginning of the video & The LACK of FONT & TEXT OPTIONS, Customization (color changes: text and the additional pop up with it), split the font for both text and caption & the video length is ALL problematic & should be considered for upgrades. Without that, it may be easier to just learn Adobe Premier & After Effects for a more refined product then use this and pay y’all every month. Even if all of this was addressed, in the end, if ContenterVideoContentMaker crashes every five seconds and you can’t get anything done that all of those features it doesn’t matter. PLEASE at a minimum fix the crashing because your customers are paying monthly for your service and we can’t use it! If yall can elaborate on something already with a platform that’s useful and is very needed within your demographic, you guys will corner the market for businesses, bloggers, Artis, videographers etc. it’s a huge market now days and your product could be something really amazing but the crashing has to be fixed.
