I enjoyed using ContenterVideoContentMaker so I upgraded to the pro. However i recently started having trouble using pro features. I realize that was because I need to update ContenterVideoContentMaker version. But once I updated the version I lost all my saved content on ContenterVideoContentMaker ! Not happy 🤨

ContenterVideoContentMaker does a really good job of letting you do a quick social media vids and on your mobile. There were a few little bugs, or possible user errors, where it wouldn't let me change the style while editing an already done video. Other than that -- they did a great job and kept it simple.

I've been trying to get advertising launched for my new service line at work without having to go through another agency and ContenterVideoContentMaker made it so easy! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I've been searching for an app like this for the longest. It's user friendly and perfect for promoting your business on social media on the fly.

This is a great app video marketing app that all small business owners should utilize!! Very easy to use interface and a simple video can be uploaded to various online platforms. Highly recommended.

ContenterVideoContentMaker always crashes. I have a iPhone 6s so I’m not sure if that’s the issue? This is the only app I have that crashes. When I change a photo it crashes, when I try to review it crashes, when I edit anything it crashes... made the monthly purchase and still crashes.

The features within ContenterVideoContentMaker are straight to the point. I will be using it to present some
nightlife scenes for travel sites to encourage green belt tourism from around the world. Thanks, Contenter.

ContenterVideoContentMaker could be awesome but it keeps crashing! Super frustrating. I would even be open to paying for the Pro edition but it literally crashes every time I try to use it.

Was excited to try this out to start making videos for my social media outlets, but it just kept crashing. Don't bother!

I have contender pro and it’s really frustrating that ContenterVideoContentMaker crashes constantly: mid project, opening templates, browsing around, while it’s saving a project. It’s RELENTLESS. I do have the latest update for app & phone installed so there shouldn’t be any issues there. It’s very frustrating because ContenterVideoContentMaker suits me and my business’ needs if I could ever get a project done. I would like to see more accessibility to tutorials on each feature & how we can fully utilize ALL that contender offers. Keywords: accessibility & informational. Features needed to be explained to us: how to do voiceovers, how to upload our PNG watermarks (so it’s clear), customization, connect to post to multiple social media channels on the same platforms e.g. personal FB Account & a FB Business Page. A HUGE PROBLEM is that there isn’t a ratio change or edit. It just cuts off your stuff you can’t do anything about it. I almost wanna refund and want to look into some competitors to get what I need from a service like this. The other thing that IS IMPORTANT is to have more control over how our clips are presented: to be able to change exactly how many milliseconds/seconds one frame is on a video so we can match the music and add drama & more interest, make it more captivating and custom. The other thing that is important is to be able to select our own mixes, music and beats (if we own them or have rights to them). We also should be able to have the text and caption we add pop up at certain times more than once at the beginning of the video & The LACK of FONT & TEXT OPTIONS, Customization (color changes: text and the additional pop up with it), split the font for both text and caption & the video length is ALL problematic & should be considered for upgrades. Without that, it may be easier to just learn Adobe Premier & After Effects for a more refined product then use this and pay y’all every month. Even if all of this was addressed, in the end, if ContenterVideoContentMaker crashes every five seconds and you can’t get anything done that all of those features it doesn’t matter. PLEASE at a minimum fix the crashing because your customers are paying monthly for your service and we can’t use it! If yall can elaborate on something already with a platform that’s useful and is very needed within your demographic, you guys will corner the market for businesses, bloggers, Artis, videographers etc. it’s a huge market now days and your product could be something really amazing but the crashing has to be fixed.
