Only half of my tiles are appearing on my iPad but it works fine on my phone. The main tiles I need which is the punch tile and the time card tile It’s not showing up and it used to show up all the time until About a month ago
So I’m having no problems of logining in to my UKG pro account but the app is messing up everything I have on there is not all loading I haven’t had any problems past couple days and now this I have tried everything I have rebooted my phone redownload the app I don’t know what else to do
I can log on to the app but when I tap on "TIME, " it kicks me out. The rest of the app is functional. Only the "TIME" module doesn't work. I have the most updated version of the app downloaded.

I'm supposed to have 11 icons when I open the UGK pro app, I only get 7 icons and I can't view my vacation time like my other co workers can amongst other options that they can access, it worked one time with the icons but never again. I have Uninstalled the app but I don't think it completely Uninstaller because the set up took me the the user name and password right away instead of the company access screen when I first installed the app, what can I do to gain full functionality of the app?
Fingerprint login works well and my name appears as it should. Problem is the Punch In/Out tile does not appear. I cannot find this in the menu. I have deleted and re-installed the app once and it seemed to fix the problem. Few days later the same problem returns. This time after deleting and re-install I am not getting a solution to the issue. Have tried full power down restart of the phone with no success.
