Ordered 18 bone in wings with celery and ranch through PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards . We were notified the order would be ready so we clicked on our way. We waited at least twenty mins for our order. The sign outside said they would bring your order out to your car, they never did, we had to go inside and get it. And, there was nobody at the pick up desk! A patron told me my order was there. When we got home, what we got was not what we ordered- we ordered 18 bone in wings with celery &ranch - we got 10 boneless wings and no celery/ranch. What a disaster, very disappointed.

Order from app all the time at this location to save tome and convince. You get neither here. Prior to pandemic still had to go in to try and find someone about order, finding someone to talk to you is all together another issue. Pay top dollar for horrible service. The curbside is out front they ask on PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards . Year make model and color of vehicle. They still can’t bother to bring you food that is paid for with generous tip every time. Not busy due to corona virus pulled up front sat for over 20 minutes with app stating food is completed. No one coming out. Now not allowed to walk in you must stop and call or scan on camera. A waitress has been outside five times since arrival seen me and vehicle nothing. I had to put window down and bother to stop her and ask if anyone could check my order. The finally someone comes out with my cold ( now of course) food. Never a even ok experience in this place. Not worth tome or money. Go support local business because this place is run horribly no leadership or accountability. Deleting app.

I have never had an issue with ordering delivery until today and I am completely shocked as in how it was handled. I ordered through the Primanti bros app for a delivery order and it then was delivered with DoorDash. I didn’t receive one of my items so I call up the store and the only solution was that I needed to pick it up but that defeats the purpose of delivery. I needed it delivered for a reason. Then they said I needed to call DoorDash and have them handle it because it’s their responsibility that I didn’t receive it when it was Primanti’s responsibility to give the dasher the correct items. The bag is tied shut how can the dasher check. Then I received an attitude from the female I was speaking to as if it’s my fault. I then had to send someone to pick up my order which was still not made once they arrived. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was all handled and I’m not sure if I will ever give them business again.

I ordered $40 worth of wings and $5 rewards of cocktail. I was in the curbside pick up spot for 45 minutes and called 5 times during that period. Hailey one of the staff said she cannot verify my purchase because my name is not in the screen. I informed her that my credit card has already been charged. She placed me on hold for 7 minutes and came back and asked me, “ what were you saying again?” I was in my way to Dullies airport for a long flight and was graving for wings. I had to leave since they cannot placed my order but charged my credit card. Well it shows pending and wish I don’t have to call my credit card company to dispute.

There food is horrible and the soot is the location at Hershey in PA.

I ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived at the location, I opened my email and pressed the “ I’m here” button. I waited. Nothing. I opened email again and pressed button. Still nothing. I tried calling the curbside pick up number. Busy. Called 12 times. Busy each time. So I went inside. I asked for my order that I had been waiting outside for 20 minutes for. They asked if I checked in. I said yes, several times. Even called I told them. 100% not satisfied with the service I received at harmarville. Staff was very rude.

Deplorable! Parked and checked in on app. Waited 15 minutes past promised time for order. Called store but no one answered. Went into store to find no one at host station. Eventually someone came out of the back and I inquired about my order. She checked computer then walked to nearby shelves and grabbed my order. Why wasn’t it brought out I asked. Oh we’re phasing out curbside. I want my money back because food sat there for 15 minutes now I have cold dinners! Food is delicious but rest of system needs work!!!

Service and food were disappointing. Ordered online. Got to pickup on time and tapped I’m here. 6 minutes later someone came out asked for name. I’d already designated car model online. 12 minutes later Same server came out and asked name. 4 minutes later manager came out and asked name. 8 minutes later 1st server came out with food . Tag said food was prepared 40 minutes earlier. Pizza was cold and tough. Salad was wilting from when it was warm and now cold. Not sure why the tag with our name didn’t let them know it was ready when we got there

I am very disappointed in the function of PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards as the order cancellation button does not work. I placed an order and within seconds, less than 1 min, of placing the order I hit the cancellation button. However the cancellation button did not work. PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards gave me a message the order was cancelled but it apparently did not work and the Monroeville location still processed the order. I have already disputed this charge to get a refund for the order that was cancelled. If a cancellation option is going to be available it needs to work.

PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards needs fixed. “Error” messages keep popping up. I even tried to make a new account and PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards gets stuck on the sign-up page. It requires that you choose a location, however no locations populate. You can’t continue sign-up without a response there.

Previous review— I wanted to add a ranch dressing and a cup of ice water to my order, but there is no comments or request box to do so. Otherwise, PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards is fine.

Pretty dissatisfying with my pickup order yesterday. I was charged for something I never received (French fries) and waited much much longer than the pickup time to receive my complete order.. Never have I ever went to a location (sit down eating) and had a bad experience though, just upset about the fries.

I love Primanti Brothers and if you don’t want to change anything on a menu item, ordering through PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards is great! HOWEVER if you want anything different, such as different bread on a sandwich or sauce on the side for wings- forget it. If you call after you place the order, the restaurant tells you they can’t do it because it’s a third party app. And if you try to phone in the order, they won’t deliver because the only way to get delivery is to order through PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards .

I absolutely love that they have an app that I can order my food off of. I only have one issue with PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards . When I order my food, it does not give me the option to add extras. For instance, it does not give me the option to add extra condiments. I like extra dressing with my salad. No where is there an option to add it. Other than that, I love it. If this was added, I’d be more than happy to change my review!

I especially ordered the buy 1 get 1 free from my email. It said for promotion to write Free Pizza on the ordering app. I did all that and hubby went to pick up and the girl didn’t know what he was talking about but instead gave him a free salad. Everything was good but we needed that extra free pizza for all the people that were visiting. I enjoy your restaurant and the food but I felt let down when I really needed you all.

We love Primanti in York but have had questionable experiences with food and service the last few times we came (especially on Sunday’s). We received a free sandwich offer on PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards and decided to give it another try.

We had a great experience! Our server Mike took good care of us and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. We told him about our recent bad experiences and he encouraged us to ask for him when we come back. Great job and much appreciated!

Continue to have great experiences at Primanti Bros Harmarville. We are not from Pittsburgh but live here now and love the sandwiches, the wings, pizza, appetizers, drink selection. Service has been great, food hot and fresh and they have bent over backwards to take care of my kids. When family and friends come to visit, we always order. Thanks for your great service!

I’ve been to 4 different Primanti's locations several times and I've ordered delivery and take out from the Camp Hill location via PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards . I haven't had one bad experience. Food and service have ALWAYS been exceptional. I did have an issue once where the milkshake machine was down but the manager talked to me and gave me a free alcoholic drink plus my soda was free!!

EDIT: App was fixed and updated. Developer emailed me directly to inform me of the changes. Review revised and updated.

Tried to open PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards to place an order but never opened, just went back to the Home Screen. Deleted PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards and reinstalled without any better result, still didn’t load. Going to have to order via phone.

Primanti’s is always my go to!! Always consistent with quality and taste👍 Service is always pleasant and quick. We order from the North Versailles location probably at least once a week. Love the family feasts! Can’t say enough about Primanti’s definitely a Pittsburgh favorite 😊

PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards is okay. The customer service however, is exceptional. I had a minor complaint about PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards and the company responded in record time. I honestly think it’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My waitress the other day was amazing except she forgot to check us in which I think was just an honest mistake on her part and the manager of the location apologized AND a customer service specialist fixed the mistake. The foods great and the service is excellent so it’s definitely worth downloading PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards .

Time and time again I continue to use PrimantiBrosFanFareRewards over door dash and Uber. Much faster and always available to take an order! We have been picking it up due to getting cold items when using Uber. Friendly service and love this location!
