Order from app all the time at this location to save tome and convince. You get neither here. Prior to pandemic still had to go in to try and find someone about order, finding someone to talk to you is all together another issue. Pay top dollar for horrible service. The curbside is out front they ask on the app. Year make model and color of vehicle. They still can’t bother to bring you food that is paid for with generous tip every time. Not busy due to corona virus pulled up front sat for over 20 minutes with app stating food is completed. No one coming out. Now not allowed to walk in you must stop and call or scan on camera. A waitress has been outside five times since arrival seen me and vehicle nothing. I had to put window down and bother to stop her and ask if anyone could check my order. The finally someone comes out with my cold ( now of course) food. Never a even ok experience in this place. Not worth tome or money. Go support local business because this place is run horribly no leadership or accountability. Deleting app.

I have never had an issue with ordering delivery until today and I am completely shocked as in how it was handled. I ordered through the Primanti bros app for a delivery order and it then was delivered with DoorDash. I didn’t receive one of my items so I call up the store and the only solution was that I needed to pick it up but that defeats the purpose of delivery. I needed it delivered for a reason. Then they said I needed to call DoorDash and have them handle it because it’s their responsibility that I didn’t receive it when it was Primanti’s responsibility to give the dasher the correct items. The bag is tied shut how can the dasher check. Then I received an attitude from the female I was speaking to as if it’s my fault. I then had to send someone to pick up my order which was still not made once they arrived. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was all handled and I’m not sure if I will ever give them business again.

I ordered $40 worth of wings and $5 rewards of cocktail. I was in the curbside pick up spot for 45 minutes and called 5 times during that period. Hailey one of the staff said she cannot verify my purchase because my name is not in the screen. I informed her that my credit card has already been charged. She placed me on hold for 7 minutes and came back and asked me, “ what were you saying again?” I was in my way to Dullies airport for a long flight and was graving for wings. I had to leave since they cannot placed my order but charged my credit card. Well it shows pending and wish I don’t have to call my credit card company to dispute.
There food is horrible and the soot is the location at Hershey in PA.
