I have a problem with myArmsCache

User reports:
No current problems

- Accessories listed vertically instead of in one paragraph separated by commas would be better

- No way to sync with phone and iPad

- No feature to upload PDFs of purchase records and receipts for each gun and accessory

- Range reports and ammo tracking section could be improved

- Cannot change background and colors for easier input in different light situations

- Accidentally deleting the app results in losing all data

- Cannot restore purchase on a different device without paying again

- App does not show up in iCloud backup list for some users

To resolve myArmsCache network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the myArmsCache App
1. On android, goto Settings » myArmsCache » click [Force Stop]

Clear myArmsCache App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myArmsCache » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myArmsCache.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myArmsCache » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myArmsCache » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myArmsCache
