App stopped working on my iPhone 12. Worked fine last year. I removed it and tried to reload. Now, the App Store says it is not available in my area. I have lived in the same place, 40 minutes from Purdue, for the last 29 years!

Fix BoilerBall Show on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BoilerBall Show network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix BoilerBall Show not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BoilerBall Show App
1. On android, goto Settings » BoilerBall Show » click [Force Stop]

Update BoilerBall Show to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BoilerBall Show App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BoilerBall Show » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BoilerBall Show.

Fix BoilerBall Show unable to contact server/ BoilerBall Show internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BoilerBall Show » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BoilerBall Show » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BoilerBall Show
