They take too long, clearing your balance after you use the toll. for example if I have a $15 balance my balance will stay at $15 for three months even if I use the toll more than once you never know what your balance is on a per trip basis. on Tuesday I had a $.95 balance I added $3.00 to that balance which brought my balance to $3.95. I used the toll for a $3.65 charge. Now I’m being told that my account was deactivated. My tag will be suspended and I will be charged violations for a -$.30 balance which my balance is not -$.30 because $3.95 -$3.65= $.30.

I used thins app for several years with no issues. Now it is unusable and has been this way for 2-3 months. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn’t work. Can’t log in due to error messages about my cell service being offline. There is nothing wrong with my cell service or wi-fi connection. I have to do a work-around by reloading on their website. This requires extra time because I need to enter account information each time. Developers need to fix this broken app.

I have been unable to use the app for the better part of the last year. It repeatedly gives me an error every time I attempt to open it. I have to use a web browser to reload now. You cannot see your trips or previous transactions on the browser. You cannot save your information either. It is a pain and highly inconvenient.
