Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Amino app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Amino app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Amino app on iPhone
Update Amino app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Amino iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Amino on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Amino network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Amino app issues:

Force Stop the Amino App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Amino app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Amino to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amino App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Amino app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Amino.

Fix Amino unable to contact server/ Amino internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Amino » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Amino » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Amino on android.
