Issue to quote CS - 61.8.6. Trying to make a purchase through the PlT app. Although says “Added to basket”, nothing is being added. Been like this for more than 24 hours now. Please advise. Thank you

I love plt and am a member of the plt royalty. Ever since a few weeks ago my plt app has crashed every time I go onto it (saying “error occurred”) resulting in me not being able to buy anything or even see the items. I shop on plt a lot and would love for this to be fixed.
