Onduo along with the entire this app program is amazing, I’ve learned so much since I’ve started over 2 years ago, I have been able to bring down my BG levels and even lost weight. I would definitely recommend Onduo and program 100 times over to anyone trying to understand their diabetes and finding aid in controlling it. I would give 10 stars but not available.

Quickly got my Type II Diabetes under control so that I am off insulin in 7 months! My Ac1 is good! They really helped me in all ways: diet, exercise, menus, using the equipment, tiny needles that hurt way less than the usual ones, stress relief, support, great medical and tech teams! Onduo is easy to use and provides great insights to help you understand how your body and glucose work.

Good application and updates frequently. This is a great program to be on and I highly recommend those with type 2 to try it. The online care professionals are great keeping their eyes on your progress. It’s been better for me in keeping my A1C Lower than visiting my doctor.

Offered as a free service through United Heathcare. After many attempts to resolve billing issues, I still get billed from them. Tried contacting their billing dept but it was a guy on a cell phone who couldn’t take a message. The process should be seamless for the user and it is far from that. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue but United HC has no idea who this app is. I was told that the issue was resolved by my advisor (Kenzie) but I continue to get billed for a welcome kit. After canceling I received an email that they are sending the new supplies that I ordered ( I never requested these). Way too frustrating to deal with.

Onduo , coupled with my this app coach, have helped me to be more aware of how diet and physical activity impact glucose readings. This is no more difficult than using a normal glucose meter and with this, I can log into a website to view history, graphs, etc. My only wish is that it would track activity from my Fitbit. It currently only tracks from my smartphone, which only tracks when it’s on my person.

I didn’t expect this app to be for me, but I was wrong. The program has been essential to my knowledge of life with diabetes. I have to accountable for my choices. I have acquired a phenomenal Physician who understands me. I appreciate the entire this app team.

Onduo does not allow for posting medication for previous day.
Onduo does not notify you when you have a message.
There is no log for the readings, you have to go to the website.
Basically it takes to much time to use! The log for steps is take from the iPhone which is about 25% less steps than my Fitbit! Need to be able to log from other sources. As it is the program is not worth the time and effort needed to participate.

For me,it takes me to long to type everything,
Now I just seen the microphone so I can just talk into the phone.
Everything is good with Onduo I just have too many medication‘s to list it takes me a long time to go through them but other than that everything‘s good

I received a mailer for Onduo saying I could get a dexcom g6 so I downloaded and started the program. After not seeing how I could get it I ask my specialist and she says to try and use MY insurance??? So it shows they are partnered with dexcom so I guess that’s just because they recommend it? The advertisement clearly says they offer the Dexcom but after lengthy convos it’s just not the case. I don’t like being lied to so I will not use this and do not recommend it.

Onduo has some good insight, but is limited in what it can do. My fitness tracker does not sync up to it and I do not carry my phone in my pocket so my steps are nowhere near accurate. It is also freezing during the blood pressure knowledge check and I have to force close Onduo and restart it. It will not advance past that quiz on my journey page. Room for much improvement !

I find Onduo, my Coach, and the whole program most helpful, and informative. I have been a diabetic for years and I still learned some very useful and helpful information. I definitely recommend! It also afforded me the chance to use the Dexcom CGM, for free!!

I love having this reminder to check my blood sugars and take my meds on time, because I’m a procrastinator! This helps keeps me in line sad to say, but it works!!

I have been taking my blood pressure every morning and it is not stored properly. Sometimes you can see it sometimes you can’t. Most days I cannot see the history. Forget about printing history so you can share it with your doctor. I gave up on Onduo and service provider who was supposed to monitor my results.

I really appreciate this app. I am learning so much about how I personally can be more healthy!

Onduo will not go beyond meet your team. It just freezes and will not continue. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. It cannot be used. It also states I have been using an iPhone 12 and 8, do I want to use current phone!!! This makes no sense!

Onduo would be great as a desktop (IMac) app. Logging meals and such would be so much easier. I’m using the latest IMac and it’s. Able to use IPhone apps but the this app app isn’t available for it.

Onduo is great but once i updated it things stopped working correctly. I can’t view my history now, when i try it kicks me out of Onduo . 😞

You can’t export or print raw glucose logs. No way to get this data into Apple Health or to your doctor, either from their connected meter (an android-based meter) or from Onduo . Their summary stats that you can save are not nearly as useful.

this app has been a pleasant surprise. Really appreciate Adrianna, my care lead. Great encouragement and helpful information!

This is first time I have been able to effectively manage my blood sugar .

I really wish I could get it to work, everytime I try to open Onduo it crashes. Hopefully they’ll get it working properly and I can start using it!
