Scam

Offered as a free service through United Heathcare. After many attempts to resolve billing issues, I still get billed from them. Tried contacting their billing dept but it was a guy on a cell phone who couldn’t take a message. The process should be seamless for the user and it is far from that. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue but United HC has no idea who Onduo is. I was told that the issue was resolved by my advisor (Kenzie) but I continue to get billed for a welcome kit. After canceling I received an email that they are sending the new supplies that I ordered ( I never requested these). Way too frustrating to deal with.
False advertising

I received a mailer for this app saying I could get a dexcom g6 so I downloaded and started the program. After not seeing how I could get it I ask my specialist and she says to try and use MY insurance??? So it shows they are partnered with dexcom so I guess that’s just because they recommend it? The advertisement clearly says they offer the Dexcom but after lengthy convos it’s just not the case. I don’t like being lied to so I will not use this and do not recommend it.
App doesn’t work

I have been taking my blood pressure every morning and it is not stored properly. Sometimes you can see it sometimes you can’t. Most days I cannot see the history. Forget about printing history so you can share it with your doctor. I gave up on this app and service provider who was supposed to monitor my results.
