Pie Five Pizza Reviews

So long term customer here. When PieFivePizza changed and I was prompted to log into the new app after updating, there was no way to login with existing accounts. If I did not want to link a payment card, it would not let me get out of the information screens in order to login with an existing account. I do not see any way to enter in an existing account into the new app developers. If you see this, please. I love your business and Pizza, but I can’t get into the new app at all.

Was told that I could only use PieFivePizza on a speciality or build your own pizza. I did build my own with three items, but was told it was not enough items to qualify. Such a shame, as I enjoyed coming here, but in the future I will just go to a real Italian restaurant where things are a lot simpler to navigate.l for pretty the same money.

I’ve been using the Pie Five app for quite a while now, and it always worked great. For some reason, they found the need to totally change it.

The new app leaves a lot to be desired. In general, it seems harder to find what you’re looking for, and harder to use. The big new “improvement” or what they purport to say they believe is an improvement, is, you must now link a credit card with PieFivePizza or you have to enter your receipts for rewards manually. It’s a big pain in the hiney if you are not a person who wants to pay for small purchases with your credit card.

Finally, speaking of rewards, they also revamped the reward system. Previously, you got dollars after so many points which you could then spend on anything in the store. Now you get strictly points, with you use to select from the offerings they have in PieFivePizza . This does not appear to be everything they offer in the store. How is that an improvement?

Hey Pie Five, if it ain’t broke….

The new owner has discontinued all of the coupons and benefits that your company puts out. They no longer let you earn any purchase rewards….really has went down hill for customer service since the new owner. At one time a note was displayed customers could see about employees plugging in their cell phones, that they don’t pay the electric bill.

I don’t know who thought this new app was a good idea, but it is not user friendly at all. You have to choose your location each time you use PieFivePizza - why? You have to choose your rewards now, why? It used to be so simple; you come in, earn rewards in points, use the points later for a free pizza. Easy. As much as I enjoyed the pizza, I enjoyed the rewards. The change makes me not want to come back. Also, $5 Personal Pizza Monday used to mean “all” of your pizzas you ordered were $5, not just one. another bad change. Sorry Pie 5! Love is lost!

Ever since they changed to strictly PieFivePizza to get points I’ve had nothing but trouble. First off some how I had two account under different emails. I thought I got them merged together but now . . . I can’t remember my password and if you try to do the forgot password all it does is clock and clock and clock!!!!! Really not a happy camper😡😡😡😡

Everyone I get a coupon alert it says it’s already preloaded and will be applied at check out. It has NEVER worked. It’s not available under my rewards tab and never automatically gets applied at checkout. We usually pick smithed place to eat every time this happens, which is often. FIX IT

When I signed up for the new version of PieFivePizza it said I earned a free 1 topping 7 inch pizza but when I kept trying to redeem it PieFivePizza would say “you don’t have that in your cart” but there was no 7 inch pizza in the menu except the kids bundle which had other side with it. Makes no sense so I couldn’t get my free pizza for my son

It seems like after every update PieFivePizza will work for about a week but as soon as there is any kind of software update for the phone PieFivePizza is broken and stays broken. Which means you can’t scan for points.

When PieFivePizza does work it’s great though.

PieFivePizza has great potential but there are some bugs. When placing an order for a calzone, the order can’t proceed unless you try to select a menu bundle but there are no other options except to remove ingredients. This needs to be looked at. This was the iPhone app.

I don’t understand why pie five is in the IPhone App Store, even allows me to order pizza and pay for it by my phone but it won’t work on Apple Pay?!? It’s as if Pie Five wants to make it just difficult enough I can’t order in the easiest manner. Secondly, every time I go to order my pizza in PieFivePizza I have to input my debit card number, and than I save it but it’s not really saved because than the next time I order I have to enter it again!! Additionally, I’d rather Pie Five use Apple Pay because at least I know that is secure, as opposed to just entering my card number and not knowing who could have access to my card! The three stars I give PieFivePizza is because PieFivePizza is easy to order through but I question how secure it is?

The food is delicious, but our favorite part about coming to the Hendersonville, TN location is the manager, Abby. She is so sweet to my two kids and remembers their order from week to week. They look for her as soon as we walk through the door!

Quick friendly service nice hot pizza can get just about anything you want on it clean store in and out in about eight minutes. Great when you’re hungry.

The credit card information does not save. This needs an option to order and pay cash in the store and PieFivePizza needs to do a better job of relaying the order to the store because the employees always mess the custom pizza’s up.

I really like the new app interface, and the ability to order online and pickup rather than waiting in line.

Suggestion- in person you can scan to earn points. If it's possible, could you combine the scan with the payment on file and eliminate the payment step. I know this seems minor; however, it's removes the challenge of having to balance phone in one hand and wallet in the other etc.

We love the pizza here and order every Sunday but PieFivePizza will not save our cards and we have to put it in every time. Hopefully you guys fix this or start accepting Apple Pay.

Never could get Magic Monday reward to load. Liked old app much better Much easier to use

The payment process is totally screwed up. It doesn't save card info even if it shows on the list. There are too many problem issues to list here. I have brought this up on every review. Nobody reads them. It's just automated. I'm hoping someone will catch on soon because I love Pie Five and the convenience of ordering online.

The location was clean and the service was very good. I want to say that “Terise” or “T” was extremely friendly and professional. She needs to be recognized.

They have great options and deals regularly- PieFivePizza works great for me (iOS) very good portions. I have had a few times w inconsistency on what toppings I get -Most often I get the win-win deal and it’s a personal pizza and half salad- you get to choose - their menu items have a bunch of toppings listed for all their pizza and salads and I imagined the half salad to go would not be all the toppings normally listed but they do usually have it all! I’m thinking maybe if they were out of one thing or a new person made it or something might be why sometimes variance for which toppings are on it. When I chose to “make my own” mini (up to 5 toppings, not including sauce or cheese) they had exactly what I ordered so that’s good. And they even have ADD-ONS like feta or basil at NO EXTRA CHARGE! LOVE THEM!! Thank you!!
