Form Filler Reviews

I created forms, with a paid business account, and had the intention of sending them to recipients to fill out using FormFiller. FormFiller does not support the features that are allowed when creating the form. I have submitted multiple issues to support and have been told development is working on them, two months later and still no response or status updates when I inquire. Some of the features don’t work on the form in browser mode either. If I’m paying for a service, I should be able to use it entirely.

9/4 update. Thank you for answering my review, but I submitted all issues to the support email in May and have been checking in with Paul, who tells me the development team has been working on them. I’m hoping this is true and the multiple issues will be fixed soon so it can be used along with my subscription.

Not user friendly at all. Kept asking if I wanted to leave to field. No, I want to keep filling out the interminable form that never ends so I can see the doctor!
It wouldn’t let me “sign” the form or fill out any other relevant info.
What possible use is FormFiller to anyone, besides to capture sensitive private info on people? 🤬🤬🤬

This is the most difficult form I’ve ever tried to complete, once a box is checked I’m unable to uncheck it it does not want to except the information it keeps telling me I have gone outside the lines which I don’t see how I could’ve done that. It will not let you leave an item blank but then it would not except na,So I had to put my home phone number in as I am retired. I don’t see the necessity of my drivers license number and my Social Security number for garbage pick up. I am already a customer with the water service.

1. Apparently, cannot save document as PDF - the universally accepted document format.
2. Cannot rotate view from portrait to landscape.
3. Apparently, cannot save document to any location other than company using form.
4. Last step is annoying and intimidating: “Are you ready to send form?” Are you serious? This sounds like the IRS asking if this is your “final answer” in their version of Jeopardy. This is especially true since a customer apparently will not have been able to retain a copy - preferably a PDF - of what he/she has just completed and is sending! Scary!
5. Above deficiencies may work for company using form, but they definitely do not work for this customer.
6. Do NOT recommend Form Filler. I’ll take an Adobe Fillable PDF any day!

Using on iPhone and what should have taken me 20 minutes max took me over 2 hours. Not user friendly at all. Whenever you click the “next” arrow it jumps you ahead like 20 boxes, then when you go back to click the actual next box it keeps asking you if you want to exit because you clicked outside the field.
I used it this time for my medical provider but will NEVER do business with another company that requires FormFiller.

FormFiller would be good if you could enter the data a little easier. When you using your phone to fill this out it is very difficult to get to the right lines and your prompts cover what you need to fill out. Always asking if you want to exit because you tapped outside of the field. What should have taken less then 5 minutes took almost 20 .

FormFiller does not work. when selecting dates it inputs months like 54 when you select September or days like 46 when you select 22. I wasted 30 minutes cause it wants me to complete every field without saying which ones it has a problem with. Sone fields should be left blank like direct deposit which is optional and I’d in column A if don’t have a passport.

I can’t believe my employer chose this buggy app that won’t work on iOS.

First time I opened FormFiller, only half of the document was visible as it was not centered. When I timed out and returned, the document re-loaded in full view, but made me wonder about lack of security since I came up without logging back in. I was unable to find a way to do a signature where requested, so normal text was only option.

FormFiller is very difficult to use. This is the 3rd time I have had to use it and each time I get a constant message saying I am going outside of the form. And when I answer NO to a question it gets stuck on the follow up question “if yes, explain” and won’t let me move on until I fill in the blank.

This form is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly, especially for seniors. I have downloaded the program both an iPhone and iPad. But was unable to reply on either form.

Today was the second attempt to submit the vivid form to my dentist. It starts by saying ‘click start’ ... but there is no Start button??? You can not get to the section that will allow answers to be input. It’s useless.

The only link that worked was the comment section. I hope you are able to resolve these issues because the frustration level only increases each time it’s used.

I set up The form so that when people finish the form they are Transferred to a link.

This doesn’t work if they download FormFiller !!!

I had huge numbers of people not complete the second part of a registration I created

PDF is unlike any other product without paying for a custom software application. HOWEVER, sooo many bugs which is so frustrating. I also have experienced support saying they will address the issue but having used it almost a year...I don’t ever believe them.

1. If your email has a trailing whitespace the continue button does not work
2. The way it zooms the doc to fill out can make it hard to see all fields. Need to pinch out.

App seems very robust and runs fast.

Ask for a 10 digit phone number but sends you to the next box without letting you finish!

I was using their prime editor but also tried this one. It is not that bad, but looks like developers don’t pay FormFiller much attention.

Makes life a little bit better. No stamp, take to the mailbox. They even give you a choice of them sending you a copy.

First time user and was very impressed. I highly recommend FormFiller. I just downloaded and will continue to use.

I had medical documents that needed to do online. It was a little clunky it wasn’t too bad… But, there definitely is room for improvement. If they improve the functionality of it I think would be amazing. Just with some slight updating.

I love that I’m able to fill up the using my phone.
It was easy and convenient for me. He gives me directions if I’m doing something that I may not be ready to do. Are you guys me and I love it. Thank you so much.
