We started with 6 cameras 10 years ago after two system upgrades we are now at 16 cameras just to keep an eye on our dogs. EclipseView has been indispensable in finding those elusive corners where they hide! We have also found rabbits, bears and the occasional raccoon!

EclipseView should allow the devices that connect to it, So users can restart the PTZ when it is having issues.

I’m not sure what happened in the last week but EclipseView crashes every time I open it after a few seconds. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading it but there’s no change. Would not recommend at the moment if you’re looking to feel safe with this security system.

The worst app ever! Can’t see anything from my iPhone. Tried on another phones, same thing. Always shows “connecting 0%” and then nothing!!! Not happy at all!

Contacted App support. They said to delete and reinstall.
Worked for one launch then failed.
There’s no way to go back to the previous version which worked just fine.
Pretty much limits the utility of my security system.

Keeps crashing. Business takes no responsibility for ANY issues with EclipseView . I guess I’ll use my cameras when they decide to fix it.

Does not work. Kicked me off in the first 30 seconds of trying to figure it out. Tells you to sign up and enter a verify code but does not give you the code to put in. Worthless.
