I really want to like it but it’s not allowing me to edit people once added or their budget. I wasn’t sure what “Amount is not accounted” meant so I alternated that for different people but i can’t go back and edit or delete it to start over. It would also be nice to see at a glance whether I’m on budget or over for a certain individual. And finally since this would be used for one time a year it would be nice for the one-time purchase to be less than $4.

It’s fine to keep a list but it’s missing many tracking features. For instance if you list a person in the person tab, their name doesn’t come up in the gift tab until you add a gift for them- there is no way of knowing who you may have forgotten. Only writing this in case developers read and can update/ fix. Until then- stick with the Santa’s bag app

It is better than some but still hard to use. I like Better Christmas List which is no longer available. It showed you visually when you have finished all gifts for someone. I shop for a lot of people so that was a good feature. It is hard to tell when you still have left to do in ChristmasPlanner.

Love love love ChristmasPlanner. I just wish instead of a “done” option there was a “received” option.
I don’t always wrap as soon as it arrives in the mail, and end up forgetting if I got it or not.
I don’t really get what “done” is for anyways after it’s wrapped.

I have used ChristmasPlanner for several years. It works well. I wish it had a shipped button along with idea, purchased, wrapped as so many of my gifts are shipped direct. I also wish it had a complete button for people when you have finished with them so I could more easily narrow my list.

That said, I like how it keeps track, manages the budget and helps focus the gift giving season.

I have tried several apps for tracking gifts. I love this one of the tracking options , budget, and easy prior year lookup and new year set up. Others I would have to delete the gifts to start a new year and download a backup to get prior years gifts.

The only thing I would like to see is a Shipping and Received tracking. Only reason for 4 stars

My only complaint is that when a filter is set to show only those gifts that need to be purchased, it shows the full amount of budget to be spent, not the budget minus any presents purchased. If there is a setting to change that, I would like to know.

I have used ChristmasPlanner for the past few years and I absolutely LOVE it!! If you are like me, and have several people to buy and wrap gifts for each year, ChristmasPlanner is a must!!! I also love how you can archive previous years...that way I don't repeat gifts! I also use it to number gifts, as I wrap them, so that I don't get gifts mixed up, or forget what's in each package.

Excellent app for keeping track of gifts and budget. My only complaint would be that once you put in an idea, if you change your mind, or someone else purchases the item, I can’t find a way to remove it. Is there something I’m missing? There is no “Help” button or way to contact the developer that I can see. Otherwise, a very good gift tracker app.

I have a very large Christmas list. This keeps me organized every step of the way. Only suggestion, would love if the creators would put in a spot for items ordered so I can keep track of what I am waiting to be delivered

I’ve used ChristmasPlanner for 4 years. I started with the free version and liked how it was organized so I paid for the full version. Now I can look back over the last several years and see what I bought. Very easy to use!

I’ve been using ChristmasPlanner for years. At one point I was worried that the developers had forgotten about it because there weren’t any updates and I couldn’t find it in ChristmasPlanner Store any longer. But here we are, it’s still working and going strong and I rely on it at holiday times. Plus it’s nice to have a reminder of what I spent the year prior, the types of gifts I bought, and who I shopped for.

I opened it today though and to my surprise I have a bunch of extra things listed as gifts, except nope they’re not gifts, they’re ads! And ChristmasPlanner keeps crashing now! Why ruin a perfect thing?!

Ever since I've had an ipad I've been looking to keep track of Christmas Gifts with an app, and every year I find one that comes close but isn't exactly what I need.

ChristmasPlanner is defintely the best one so far. I love that you can track gifts you're giving as well as gifts you receive. It's so easy to use and update and I can easily see what needs to be done and feel good about the stuff I've already done.

The only thing I can't seem to figure out how to do is delete a gift on a person's list that I've decided not to get.

I have used ChristmasPlanner for 5+ years to plan Christmas gifts. It is the only way I am able to track the status of gifts to be bought, gift ideas delegated to others, and budget. Syncing between my iPad and phone. The ability to print status reports and email lists is so useful.

This is by far the best Christmas gift planner ever! It keeps track of all your progress, it’s very customizable, it has color graphs so you can see how much you’ve spent and how much you plan to spend etc,it has a countdown feature, and you can even set a password so that no one can open ChristmasPlanner and see what you’re getting them for Christmas!!! I strongly recommend getting ChristmasPlanner if you are looking to keep track of your Christmas gifts this year!!!🎁📓👍‼️

This is my second year using ChristmasPlanner. I wanted to wait to review until I had experience with it for more than one season. I feel it is very helpful to have this with me as I am running from store to store to remember what I still have on my list yet to be purchased and what I've already done. Thank you for helping me stay organized!

ChristmasPlanner is so helpful with keeping me organized. With the way it is set up, I know in an instant how much money I have spent, any outstanding gifts I need to purchase, and which groups are finished or aren’t. Plus, I can easily look back to previous years to ensure that I am not duplicating a gift. ChristmasPlanner is wonderful, and I recommend it to everyone!

I love ChristmasPlanner! It helps me keep track of what I purchase for Christmas. I never buy too many presents or go too far over my budget. I can keep my children’s gifts all around the same amount. I also love that it’s fingerprint protected. I would recommend ChristmasPlanner for anyone that has a lot of people to buy for, or if you have a budget.

I love that I can easily see who I’ve bought for, what I’ve purchased, who I might be neglecting and how much I’ve spent on everyone. I also appreciate that I can see what my overall budget is for my ideas/purchases. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs to be added to ChristmasPlanner! Easily worth the purchase price as you can use it for years to come.

This is a very helpful app with nice features for helping stay on a budget and planning for holiday gifting. No problem with ads. Very easy interface. I recommend it highly. I use it a lot!
