I have been using TriStarTraffic for years now and it always works perfectly. Before this i would try to use the smartway app but what a pile of garbage that was.

TriStarTraffic is very much like the original Tdot map (which was really useful), except, if you just want to see the traffic around Nashville, you can’t because the view is completely blocked by the multiple camera buttons; they completely block out the highway underneath. If, in traffic, you just want to quickly look ahead, you can’t, and it makes TriStarTraffic dangerous. Include a way to turn off the cameras, and be able to see the traffic.

This is the most awesome app. I really like the fact I can in “real time” have the ability to circumvent any problems that might exist on the interstate and take a different route if available

I use this all of the time, when I need to know what’s going on ahead of me when I’m working as well as see what the best routes to travel on

I started using TriStarTraffic when Intrix went away. Wish this one had a feature to view the traffic heaviness (ie green vs red) without camera icons to get big picture of traffic patterns before looking at cameras.

TriStarTraffic is fantastic! I can quickly scroll through my favorite views to check the traffic going to work and coming home. Incredibly helpful!

Im a truck driver and use TriStarTraffic every day it helps me plan my route. Has been helpful to avoid congestion as well as see the road surface conditions in bad weather.

Does what no other app has done. Makes checking the cameras on your daily commute dead simple.

How is TriStarTraffic free and not ad-supported?

Only feature request would be a version for the iPad!

Love TriStarTraffic it’s very helpful. Would like to see the video full screen if the phone is turned sideways like most videos do ..that would be great other than that it’s great

No longer works

Just discovered TriStarTraffic during the snow storm of Jan 2022. So much faster to use this than the smartway website.

I like the video, TriStarTraffic I used before only had stills that were no telling how old

I like TriStarTraffic ok. It’s convenient being able to check the traffic flow and see what’s going on. I do wish you could enlarge the screen when a camera is clicked on.

I like TriStarTraffic overall but it would be helpful if we could toggle the cameras out as they block the view of the map in certain situations.

When the cameras load, it’s awesome, here lately, they’re not loading.

Great app. I recommend it to anyone who travels.
Would REALLY LIKE an iPad version... and maybe a way to incorporate cameras from neighboring states-even for a modest charge.
