Hi I am trying to download the app however when it gets to the screen to select my machine, there is just a blank screen with nothing to select and I am unable to get any further. Can you help please. Regards Adrienne

How to fix Magimix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magimix app on iPhone
Update Magimix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magimix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magimix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magimix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Magimix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Magimix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Magimix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Magimix » click [Force Stop]

Update Magimix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magimix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Magimix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Magimix.

Fix Magimix unable to contact server/ Magimix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Magimix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Magimix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magimix
