Hi I am trying to download the app however when it gets to the screen to select my machine, there is just a blank screen with nothing to select and I am unable to get any further. Can you help please. Regards Adrienne

How to fix Magimix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magimix app on iPhone
Update Magimix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magimix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magimix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magimix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Magimix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Magimix app issues:

Force Stop the Magimix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Magimix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Magimix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magimix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Magimix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Magimix.

Fix Magimix unable to contact server/ Magimix internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Magimix » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Magimix » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magimix on android.
