Doesn’t Work Half The Time

My building started using this app to access our doors and elevators. This app doesn’t work half the time. I have to restart my phone and then it works one time. Then it stops working again. Then I have to restart my phone again and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Then the next day again it doesn’t work. It is very frustrating and not usable. I need your help to fix it one time so that it does not keep doing this every day.

A lock and key would be faster than this app on average.

When it works, it’s ok but not fast.

When it doesn’t feel like working you are fricked. I’ve had to reboot phone before.

Also it will sometimes work after days of being idle and sometimes not work 2 minutes after last use.

If you’re looking at various systems there are better ones out there.

1. Does not work with Apple Watch.
2. Lame end user documentation.
3. Must have phone with me at all times. Inconvenient to carry my phone while out running or at the gym.
4. And why not add the virtual access card to Apple wallet?

My advice to condo associations: don’t waste your residents’ money. Keep it simple - Card access is simple!
