I have spent a couple of hours going though the endless cycle of do this then do that then do this etc. I have sent an email to every box that had a comment space. I don't know if any of this email will cancel my yearly account. If I don't get an email or phone call confirming my cancellation I'll cancel my credit card and I'll report them as a fraud credit charge.
Terrible app

Too many down times and unable to function because the app consistently crashes. The filtered searches only works half of the time while the other half resets itself and the process starts all over again (unless it crashes, again). A complete waste of time for the money spent. If you like paying an app a ridiculous price to be annoyed well look no further.
Constantly having to login

App is great when it doesn’t log you out. It’s incredibly sensitive to kicking you out of the platform and makes you log back in over and over. This alone makes me want to turn away from using and just delete the app altogether. If this issue could be fixed, then this wails be the ultimate resource. How this is being overlooked and not resolved is pretty incredible.

costar is a joke, they treat their paying customers like garbage, constantly raising rates and LoopNet goes up every month if you want one of their so called premium ads. This app works as well as their sales people, constantly revolving door at the monopoly called costar. I hate this app, their service and the company. Andy the ceo and his henchmen laugh off and negative feedback, but it won’t be long before a competitor comes along and gives these pompous tools what they deserve. Negative star is more appropriate!
