My experience with AstroPay has been a terrible one. I was introduced to a betting platform which uses this app as means of transferring money into and out of the betting platform.
I am able to make deposits through this app into the betting platform but I can’t withdraw my winnings. When money falls into my this app account, I’m not allowed to withdraw it into my local bank account and not even through crypto currency. When you contact customer support nobody responds. So I have my funds locked up in this app as at now and it’s very frustrating. I have mailed them and there’s no response over two weeks.

I haven’t received my withdrawal in my Mtn mobile money account, I’ve done everything possible but now good results.
Now that I exchange my money for crypto and back with losses and even try to send money but it’s been processing for almost a day now
Slow or no results is bad for business, better still app is very bad do not use
AstroPay is working well until I deposit a huge money in AstroPay. They denied me having access to my accounts and I have messages and send them mail no respond

Sent funds to my account via Bitcoin but new got my coins. Tried reaching out to support for 2days but no one gets back to you. AstroPay is a red flag for me once you can't get through to customer support.
AstroPay is a red flag you won’t receive your money back after depositing I believe those giving good ratings about AstroPay knows about it and just want more people to loose their money
This is a very useless app, I won’t even advise my enemy to use AstroPay . My money has been frozen and I can’t be able to withdraw from AstroPay . Even after series of debits.. this is the worse app I’ve ever used. Please don’t go near this nonsense application if you don’t want to loose your money them. They designed AstroPay just to scam people.
Utility for this app card is very limited, and their claim that the card is accepted everywhere Visa Card is accepted is false. If not a hoax.
The card is useful only on gambling websites. The company could do well by publishing a list of merchants that accept this app cards, rather than its ridiculous claims.
NB: I will appreciate a response to this review from the support team if they provide a detailed list of merchants that accept this app. If not please keep your responses.
If you’re in Nigeria AstroPay is not for you cos they will wait until you’ve deposited before they tel you your money is frozen until you verify and when you try to do that it doesn’t work cos they don’t collect the form of Identification in Nigeria with is NIN. So my money is trapped with no way to withdraw unless I get another citizenship that will give me another means of identification lol. So 0 stars would have been preferable.
Everything here is scam and it is best for anyone scrolling through the reviews to avoid it. This is a money squandering app, your money gets evaporated either depositing or withdrawing.
And not to add their so called card, it is literally useless in a sense that you cannot use it for anything. So if you’re looking forth to creating a virtual card my advice to you is to find other alternatives because this is another scam app.
You can however deal with them at your own risk.
It’s now several days since i made my withdrawal request but haven’t received any amount. Stop stealing from guys and keeping quiet like you dont have customer care team
