Geld eingezahlt; Karte nicht bekommen. Angeblich kam Geld nie an wurde aber von meiner Bank gebucht. Renne seit einer Woche meinem Geld hinterher.

Some times it works and when it works is really good. But when you have a problem with a deposit then is a horror. I never saw so bad customer service I’m still waiting since 5 days my money which I deposit from my bank account Schicht they already took but they do not deposit on my diese App account.I wrote many emails which are supposed to write me back between 24-48 hours and nobody wrote. Support is always offline. I’m still waiting my money. Seriously the customer service is the biggest problem .
I sent money from my bank acc and i got 0 balance on the app …. they dont reply your emails . Please safe your money and dont use this app at all …

They are lying about the cash, that never has been sent and ripp of you money + your time.

Einzahlungen funktionieren entweder gar nicht oder dauern sehr lange. Meine Echtzeit-Bankübeweisung wurde erst eine Woche nach Erhalt gutgeschrieben.
